Construction begins on the £multi-million Village Hotel and Leisure Club for Hull and the East Riding.
Construction has commenced on a ?multi-million Village Hotel & Leisure Club for Hull and the East Riding. It is being developed by De Vere Group plc, one of the leading hotel operating companies in the UK, and is scheduled to open at the beginning of 2006.
Village Hotel & Leisure Club, with its unique mix of outstanding hospitality and leisure facilities for guests and the local community, is one of the country?s fastest growing mid-market hotel brands. Other UK locations include Leeds and Newcastle.
The 120-bedroom Hull development, off the A63, at Priory Park, Hessle, will incorporate:
- A substantial leisure club with 25-metre pool, complete with relaxation area including whirlpool spa, sauna and steam room.
- Large fitness studio, fully-equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment.
- A full range of classes to suit all fitness levels.
- Salinger's Bar & Restaurant, a vibrant and contemporary eatery.
- Café Copra, a more relaxed coffee bar offering a range of light meals and refreshments.
- The Village Pub, a traditional experience with all the charm of a favourite 'local'.
- HealthWorks, providing health and beauty treatments for both men ?and women.
- Extensive conference & banqueting facilities.
