What time is check in / check out?
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Your room may be available before 3pm, however, this cannot be guaranteed and the hotel will arrange storage of your luggage until your room is ready. A late checkout may be available during your stay, please check with the hotel reception on arrival.

How do I make a booking
From the homepage use the booking component at the left hand side to book a room and check availability. Choose the name of the hotel you would like to book from the drop down list, the dates you'd like to stay, the number of rooms you would like to book and the number of guests in each room. These is a box to enter a promotion code if you have one.
We'll then show you all hotels in that location or nearby with availability for your chosen dates.
How do I check my booking has been made or amend my booking
Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the homepage. Enter your email address and password that your used when you made the booking. This will then show you any bookings you have made.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, simply call our Central Reservations team on 0844 980 0220 during opening hours. Monday - Friday 8am - 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 6pm and a member of the team will deal with your request.
No further charges will be made for cancellations received before 12pm on the day of arrival, however, for non-arrivals and / or cancellations after 12pm on the day, the first days balance will be charged. Bookings made on Advance Saver and Promotional rates are non cancellable, non refundable and non transferable.
What is your pet policy?
Village hotels have a limited number of bedrooms available per night for guests travelling with pets, a £15 bed and bone charge per night will apply. Customers are liable for any damages to furniture, fixtures and fixings.
Can I check in late at night / very early in the morning?
provide Yes VILLAGE has a 24 hour reception. It is recommended you advise the hotel if you are arriving late or would like to checkout early.
Smoking policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all public areas and bedrooms. A £100 charge will apply to anyone found smoking in a bedroom.
How can I give you my Comments / Feedback?
Go to the Contact Us page. Here you can contact any VILLAGE hotel or Customer Services by selecting from the drop down list and completing the enquiry form.
In the event that you have any reason to complain or have any comments, you must immediately inform the hotel in question. Any verbal notification must be put in writing. If you remain dissatisfied, you must write to Customer Services within 21 days of the end of your stay giving your booking reference and / or full details of your complaint. Select Customer Services from the drop down list or write to:

Do I pay on arrival or does payment get taken when I book?
This depends on the rate you have booked. If you are booking a Best Flexible rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. Payment will be taken on departure so ensure you take your credit or debit card with you. No further charges will be made for cancellations received before 12pm on the day of arrival, however, for non-arrivals and / or cancellations after 12pm on the day, the first days balance will be charged. If you have booked a promotional rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. Payment in full is required in advance of your stay which is non-refundable, non transferable. Payment is taken by the hotel within approximately 24 hours of the booking been made.

You can find this information on our hotel information pages. Choose a hotel and go to the Contact tab and see the right hand side on the page.
How can I find directions to my hotel?
You can find this information on our hotel information pages. Choose a hotel which will take you to the Welcome page. Here you can enter your starting location Postcode, City, Region below the Google map and click GO. You will be taken to a Google web page with step by step directions and a map.
How far away is my hotel from the airport, train station, motorway?

Do all hotels have a swimming pool and gym?
Yes VILLAGE Health and Fitness has full length swimming pools and gymns. More information can be found on hotel information pages. Choose a hotel and go to the tab named Health &Fitness page.
Is there parking at all hotels?
All hotels have their own car parks, free of charge. Cars are left at the owner's/customer's own risk, this also applies when staying on a Before You Fly package. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Do you have internet access?
All VILLAGE have free Wifi which is available in all areas of the hotel and rooms.
Do you have family rooms?
Most hotels have family rooms specifically designed with children in mind; where we can provide you with a sofa bed, pull out bed for children or cots for infants. When sharing a family room with adults, children are accommodated free of charge and all meals are charged as taken. Family room supplements apply.
Is there a hairdryer in all rooms?
Yes, all bedrooms have a hairdryer.
Do you have an ironing board?
Yes, all bedrooms have a iron and ironing board.
Is there a babysitting service at your hotels?
Unfortunately VILLAGE do not offer baby sitting or baby listening services.
Can I get room service?
Yes room service is available at all VILLAGE hotels. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm times.
Are there lifts and disabled access in all of your hotels?
Yes all VILLAGE hotels have lifts and disabled access. If you have difficulty getting around and would like one of our easily accessible rooms, please contact Central Reservations on 0844 980 0220 so we can select the best room and best rate for you.
Do I pay for my meal in the restaurant(s) if I use them, or does it get added to my bill?
If you are staying with VILLAGE you may charge items to your room. This facility can be setup by the reception upon check-in or any time during your stay. You would need to provide a credit or debit card for pre authorisation.
