A level 1 member is anyone on a results and flexible membership, with the exception of silver, weekend and super off peak.

A level 2 member is anyone on a silver, weekend and super off peak membership.

All members can sign up on a new 12 month Gold results membership. If you are already a Gold Results member paying annually you just need to renew your contract for a further 12 months. Your renewal rate will be in accordance with the 2012 membership pricing. 

Voucher must be handed into reception at check-in, failure to do so will result in the reservation being amended to the best available rate.
