We will match the hotel rate if the following conditions are met:
- You have contacted us within 24 hours of making your booking using the Best Rate Guarantee Claim Form.
- The other hotel rate is bookable online and is still available when we check.
- The other hotel rate is subject to the same booking conditions, this means:
- It is the same hotel
- It is the same room type
- It is for the same check-in and check-out date
- It has identical room and rate conditions (including the meal plan, deposit policy, cancellation policy, etc).
If we can't match the rate of the other deal because one of the above conditions is different, you still keep your existing reservation.
Our Best Price Guarantee offer does not apply if:
- You book through a website that doesn't reveal which hotel you’ll be staying at until after you've booked.
- You book a packaged rate.
- You book a non public rate.
- You do not contact us until after you have checked in.
