ARTHUR'S SEAT

For spectacular views of the Scottish capital and a break from the busy streets below, take a walk up to Arthur’s Seat. Its rugged peak are the remains of an ancient volcano.

ARTHURS

SEAT

Take a hike up Arthur’s seat - a dormant volcano and one of the highest points of Edinburgh. Arthurs Seat is one of four hill forts located in Holyrood Park, from here you can also explore St Anthony’s Chapel, a 15th century medieval chapel and Duddingston Loch which is a freshwater loch home to an abundance of wildlife.

The Royal Botanic Garden is a popular tourist attraction and scientific centre for the study of plants. Take in the exceptional views of the capital, learn about it’s interesting history and enjoy a walk in the 72 acres of stunning gardens. Home to famous Rock Gardens, woodland and Chinese Hillside, the garden is one of the finest botanical gardens in the world.
