VILLAGE SPA CLOSED
It's with a heavy heart that we say that Village Spa Blackpool will not be reopening.
We understand this will come as very disappointing news to you and that you may have lots of questions about pre-booked treatments, gift vouchers and deposits paid already. We have tried to answer some questions below and for all other questions and queries regarding these locations please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not try to contact the spa directly.
I HAD A BOOKING
If you had a booking during lockdown that we couldn't fulfil and you had a deposit against it, please email email@example.com to request a refund. Please state clearly the following information to allow us to resolve your request as quickly as possible - Village Spa location, the value of deposit paid, and the last four digits of the card that was used to make the original deposit payment.
I HAD A GIFT VOUCHER
All our gift vouchers (starting with M8 or T8) have been extended until 24th December 2020 and can be used at any of our Village Spa locations. Although our gift vouchers are non-refundable as per the T&Cs they can still be used as follows:
* For treatments or spa days in one of our 11 reopened spa locations: Aberdeen - Bury - Cardiff - Dudley - Edinburgh - Glasgow - Hull - Leeds North - Newcastle - Swindon or Warrington
* Towards a delicious meal in the Pub & Grill at your local Village Hotel - T&Cs apply and you must email us to validate your vouchers before you can use them.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information to allow us to assist you as quickly as possible: Original spa location - the value of your vouchers - voucher numbers - your preferred option from the above two choices.
If you have a village spa voucher with an alternative number please also email us so we can advise you of your options accordingly.
I HAD A GROUPON OR WOWCHER VOUCHER
Please contact the merchant directly where you can either exchange the voucher to use it at one of our other spa locations, or you can request a refund.
We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and hope you understand that we have had to make some very hard decisions during this very challenging time to our business.
