Our health and safety experts have been working with phs for over a decade to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests. During the most recent Covid Pandemic, our partners at phs have worked with us to source the latest available clean air solutions, best suited to our hotels. We have invested in AeraMax clean air solutions across all hotels - this chemical free solution is proven and certified to remove 99.9% of airborne viruses within 35 minutes of operation. We are proud to be introducing this clean air technology to the high intensity spin studios in our gyms, to ensure the steady flow of clean air.
Working with our long established partner, Alliance, we have reviewed our protocols and changed the way we clean and disinfect our hotels. With the introduction of Electrostatic technology from Eco Statics Global, we can ensure the thorough cleaning of all areas of our hotel, even the hard to reach areas. This cleaning system offers one of the most advanced technologies and chemicals to break the chain of infection. What’s more the cleaning solutions continue to work after use, ensuring ongoing protection for our guests and teams.

Through their independent monitoring of our Health and Safety protocols and procedures, we are committed to giving everyone who stays with us, visits us and works with us, peace of mind and instil confidence that we are operating safely and in line with the high standards we have set ourselves.
In response to the Coronavirus Pandemic, harri, our people management software platform, has launched a brand new Health Check app and we are delighted to be working with them. This pioneering new Health Check App will help us identify team members who may be presenting Covid symptoms before they start their shift and come into contact with our guests. With the health and safety of team members, customers, and the community at our top priority, this robust and transparent digital solution is a key part of our opening plans.

Johnsons Hotel Linen is one of the UK’s largest hotel laundry and linen providers. They constantly monitor and review, on a continuous improvement basis their practices and procedures. Following the outbreak of the Covid–19 Crisis they have enhanced their wash processes to ensure all linen is washed to the same requirements as the healthcare sector. This ensures all linen has been thermally disinfected to help protect our guests.
