Yes! In addition to the calendar of events throughout December, our function rooms and event spaces are available to hire for private events. Please complete our enquiry form by clicking here or email any questions you have to christmas@village-hotels.com.
No, just £10 per person! We take a non-refundable deposit of £10pp at the time of booking.
The function room bar will usually open from 6.30pm and we call guests to take their seats for dinner by 7.30pm. Music will be played throughout the evening with the DJ kicking off party tunes after your meal. Timings may vary slightly across different events and hotels.
Last orders is usually at around 12:30am and the music finishes at approximately 1am. Timings may vary slightly across different events and hotels.
You will not receive specific tickets however we will send you a confirmation email at the time of booking, which will be followed by reminders and further information in the lead up to your event. If for any reason you do not receive your confirmation, please email Christmas@village-hotels.com stating the date, hotel and event that you are attending.
We've gone green! You won't need physical tickets to attend your event. Upon arrival, please advise of the lead booker's name and the host will greet you and take you to your table.
Time slots vary across hotels however tend to be between 12:30-14:30. You will be able to select your preferred time upon booking.
Yes, we accept cash, card and Apple pay in all of our hotels.
Selected cocktails from our drinks menu will be available on Christmas Day and across all of our Christmas events.
Yes, drinks can be purchased in advance for all Christmas events. Prior to your event we will email you with a pre-order form to complete so that the drinks are ready and waiting. Payment is required at the time of booking. Pre-ordering is not obligatory.

Yes, all the Christmas event menus are on our Christmas web pages. Closer to your event we will check if there are any special dietary requirements. Some items on the standard menu may be made gluten free, please check with the hotel you are attending.
If you or any of your party have any special dietary requirements, including food allergies or intolerances, please inform Village and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. A vegetarian, vegan and gluten free option is available for all events. Village cannot guarantee that dishes do not contain nuts or nut derivatives or that fish products are totally free from bones.
The room is generally set up with tables of 10 guests, therefore smaller groups may be seated with other guests not in their party. Seating arrangements will vary depending on the capacity of the event.
Yes, when booking you have an option to specify whether you are part of a larger group and we will ensure that you are sat together.
Dress code for Christmas Party Nights is smart casual, and festive if you fancy it! No ripped jeans, shorts or football shirts are permitted.
If there is availability, you can add additional guests to your booking at any time by logging into your online account. A full payment will be required. Alternatively you can contact the hotel with which you have booked and a member of the team will amend your booking. Please check our User Guides here which will help you with this process online.
This will depend on the capacity and occupancy of the event. Each individual hotel will have discretion.
Payments can be made at any time by logging into your online account and hitting the 'Pay Now' button. Details can be found on your email confirmation. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking, the following terms shall apply: For bookings made before 31st October 2025 and cancelled on or before 31st October 2025, Village is entitled to retain a £10 deposit per person for each booking. If you cancel your booking after 31st October 2025, the full payment will be retained. Any new bookings made from 1st November 2025 will require full pre-payment and are non-refundable. Please note that the above terms do not apply to accommodation bookings. Please see T&C's for full information by clicking here.
Yes, in the case that Village has to cancel your Christmas event, we will refund your booking or offer to transfer your booking to a different date.
No, Village is entitled to retain the full payment for tickets belonging to guests that do not attend. Please see question, 'Can I cancel my booking?' for more information on our cancellation terms.
Unless advertised as a Family Event, party nights are for adults aged 18 and over.
Child tickets can be purchased for children aged 3-12. Under 2's are free of charge, please note that no food is provided for Under 2's.
Yes! Families are welcome to join the festive celebrations at our Festive Family Lunches, Christmas Day and other listed family festive events.
Yes, bookers receive a 10% discount for accommodation on the night of their event. Your discount booking link can be found on your event booking confirmation email.
We do not offer accommodation packages that include accommodation and tickets, except for New Year's Eve party nights. However we do offer 10% discount on room bookings for the night of your event. Your discount booking link can be found on your event booking confirmation email.
20% discount on tickets is available on selected dates and events with selected discount codes. Members are welcome to use their discount for drinks behind the bar on the night of the event. Please be aware that member discounts cannot be applied to pre-ordered drinks packages.

Each event is different, if you click through to the event booking page, it will break down what is included within each ticket price.
There is no minimum number, single tickets can be purchased.
All hotels have different capacities for their Christmas events. If you are looking to book tickets for a larger party, please contact the hotel directly for capacity limits and availability.
For Christmas Party Nights, your final balance must be paid by 31st October. For Parties in the Pub, your final balance must be paid by 15th November. For Christmas Day and NYE, your final balance must be paid by 30th November.
Bookings will automatically be cancelled if payment has not been received by the specified date. All deposit payments are non-refundable/non-transferable and therefore would be lost.
Our events reach full capacity at Christmas and therefore this will not be possible. We strongly advise you to book your tickets online ahead of the event to avoid missing out!
If the event isn't a specific era or theme, the DJ will play a mix of popular music and Christmas classics.
Under no circumstances do we allow guests to bring their own drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) onto the premises. Our bar's are stocked and we invite you to pre-order drinks. Prior to your event we will email you with a pre-order form to complete so that the drinks are ready and waiting. Payment is required at the time of booking. Pre-ordering is not obligatory.
Not all locations have a cloakroom so please check with the hotel that you are attending. If we do offer a cloakroom, please note we do not have the facility to store large items and we do not take liability for any items lost, damaged or stolen.
