Yes absolutely, the minimum value of credit is £2,000 for a credit account and terms for payment are 21 days. We no longer accept payment by cheque. If you would like to set up a credit accounts, please get in touch with your Village account manager. If you are unaware of who it is, please email salessupport@village-hotels.com & let them know which hotel you would like the credit with & they will put you in touch with the hotel to contact you.
We cater for all groups including accommodation for residential meetings and events, business groups and specialist groups. Booking is quick and easy with our dedicated Business Desk. Connect Direct gives you a 10% discount off our best available rate with some great inclusions like free WiFi (normally charged at £5.00), free gym access (normally charged at £5.00), free VWorks co-working access where we have one available and the flexibility to cancel 7pm the night prior to arrival. All of our corporate rates have a 7pm day prior to arrival cancellation policy. If you have booked a rate outside of your corporate rate, the cancellation policy can vary based on the terms & conditions of the rate that you have booked.

If you're staying with Village Hotels you may charge items to your room. This facility can be setup by the reception upon check-in or any time during your stay. You would need to provide a credit or debit card for pre-authorisation.
If you've booked a flexible rate with us, payment is taken on your arrival at the hotel if you don't have credit facilities set up with us for invoicing.
Yes, double double rooms are available at Village Manchester Bury, Village Blackpool, Village Aberdeen, Village Edinburgh, Village Glasgow and Village Bracknell.
