Really pleased with all aspects of this hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Sensible prices in pub. Well recommended Well worth a visit to the royal botanical gardens which are within walking distance.

Great hotel, stay here. Good location, nice rooms, breakfast is awesome, staff are great, stayed for two nights and was vary satisfied with everything. 5 mins in a taxi from centre of Edinburgh, perfect!
