The age restriction to use the sauna and steam room is 16 years and above.

No child under the age of 16 years is allowed in the pool area unattended. All children aged 15 and under must be supervised by a parent or guardian, aged 18 or over. There must be at least one parent or guardian for every child under the age of 5 years. There must be at least one parent or guardian for every two children between the ages of 5 and 8 years.

Yes, our Village Blackpool has a heated outdoor pool with its brand new outdoor sauna.

Yes, parking is free if you have booked a daily delegate rate with us. If you have booked a meeting room on a room hire basis, we charge £5.00 for parking after 4 hours.

If you have a client corporate rate with us or book an Agency Preferred rate, the cancellation policy is 7pm the day prior to arrival. If you book our best available or advance purchase rate, the cancellation policy and terms and conditions of the rate are advised at the time of booking.

Yes - Village offers Day Let rooms for guests needing to get some zzzzzz during the day. Day let rooms can be booked here
 

Standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out at 11am. Your room may be available before 3pm, however, this cannot be guaranteed and the hotel will arrange storage of your luggage until your room is ready. Early check-in is available from 1pm midweek and the weekend standard extra charge of £15 should be applied. Late check-out is available up to 1pm a standard extra charge of £20 should be applied. Subject to availability.

Family rooms are available at all Village Hotels, with the exception of our hotels in Bristol, Basingstoke, Southampton Eastleigh and Portsmouth. Family room supplements apply. This supplement is the same for 1 or more children in the room and range between £25-£30 depending on the location. Any additional food requirements such as breakfast or dinner are also chargeable.

This depends on the rate you have booked. If you are booking a Flexible rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking subject to the cancellation policy below. Debit and credit cards will be charged at 3pm the day prior to arrival for the full amount of your entire stay. The card must be presented to the hotel at check-in. No further charges will be made for cancellations received before 3pm the day prior to arrival. At 3pm the debit or credit card will be charged for the full amount of your entire stay. Declined transactions will result in the reservation being cancelled. If you have booked a Saver or Promotional rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. Payment in full is required in advance of your stay which will be taken by the hotel within approximately 24 hours of the booking being made. Bookings on these rates are non refundable and non transferable if cancelled.

This depends on the rate you have booked. We can only help with bookings that were made directly through Village. Unfortunately, we cannot help with bookings made through another party, e.g. Booking.com, Hotels.com or Expedia - please contact them directly. Saver rate bookings made with Village (where full payment is taken at the time of booking) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Flexible rate bookings made with Village can be cancelled free of charge up to 3pm the night prior to your planned arrival day.

Village Hotels have a no pets allowed policy. We do not allow pets in our hotel bedrooms or the public areas, except for Guide or assistance dogs.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all public areas and bedrooms. The use of E-Cigarettes throughout our hotels is also prohibited, in both public areas and guest bedrooms A £100 charge will apply to anyone found smoking in a bedroom.

All Village Hotels have large car parks for guests and visitors. Parking is free for up to 4 hours, then £5 per day thereafter between Monday to Friday. Parking is complimentary after 5pm on Fridays. Charges then apply from 3pm on Sunday. Cars are left at the owner's/customer's own risk. This also applies when staying on a Before You Fly package. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage. Parking is complimentary for anyone using VWorks shared workspace.

No. Unfortunately Village Hotels does not offer a laundry service.

Hotel guests are welcome to use our leisure facilities. Guests who have gym and pool access included in their stay can use the facilities free of charge (including Club room guests and Booking Revolution members). We ask that hotel guests use their own rooms to change and shower after using the gym, to help us reduce numbers in the changing areas.

We have a great online booking tool for you to use but we need to make sure that you have the right details to book. Your Village Gift Voucher will expire 12 months from the date it was purchased, unless otherwise stated. Extensions to the voucher's term of validity are not allowed. We may suspend or terminate this agreement at any time by giving you reasonable prior notice.
 

Cash vouchers can be redeemed at any Village Hotel. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed online. Cash vouchers can be used as full or part payment against on-property goods or services - simply present your cash voucher at the time of purchase. Any remaining balance from a cash voucher shall remain on the voucher and may be used against future purchases. Change will not be given. You can check the balance on your Village Gift Voucher by visiting www.showmybalance.com and following the online instructions.
