Eligibility: This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.

How to Enter: Email your name, company name and contact number and preferred meeting date to watfordhub@village-hotels.com.

No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person, per company will be accepted.

All entries will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

Prize: 10 winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries and the prize will be subject to the following conditions:

The winners will be offered a meeting including the day delegate package for up to 10 people at 610 The Avenue - subject to availability. Whilst we will try to accommodate preferred dates, all prize bookings are subject to availability - alternative dates will be offered. The day delegate package includes hot and cold refreshments throughout the day, morning or afternoon snacks and lunch from the working lunch menu.

No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable.

Prize must be redeemed by 31st December 2025.

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by midnight on 31st October 2025. The Promoter’s decision is final.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email on 31st October 2025. If the winner does not respond to this email within 4 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
