NHS Test & Trace require us to collect this data from the lead booker of each group or party and record the time, date, name & contact number. NHS Test and Trace will ask us for these records only where it is necessary, either because someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 has listed our premises as a place they visited recently, or because our premises have been identified as the location of a potential local outbreak of COVID-19. Your data will be kept only for this purpose and will be retained securely for 21 days and shared securely with the NHS if required.

General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply in relation to all agreements and arrangements that we enter into with you.

1. Our contract with you

Our acceptance of your booking will take place when we confirm to you in writing that we accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. If, for whatever reason, we cannot accept your booking, we will inform you of this in writing and we will not charge you any fees.

2. The price you pay

2.1 Rates quoted are per room, per night based upon the room occupancy selected (unless otherwise specified) and remain subject to availability. Normal supplements apply for upgraded accommodation. These rates are applicable for new bookings only.

2.2 All prices shown are applicable at the time of your booking, are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to change by us without any prior notice. Where a meal is included in the room price, this is for adults only – for children’s meals see our “Child Policy” at clause 15 below. The Village Hotel will inform you at check-in, which food outlet this is to be taken, and, if appropriate, the menu available. The full price for the full duration of your Village Hotel stay, with the addition of all extras incurred during your stay, is to be settled in full before departure.

2.3 VAT is included at the current prevailing rate where applicable. If the VAT changes between your booking date and the date of your stay at a Village Hotel, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay. “Pay Now” rates require full prepayment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Advertising/promotional rates

3.1 Bookings are taken at the discretion of the individual Village Hotel. Offers are subject to availability and change by us without any prior notice. Only a certain number of rooms are available at each Village Hotel on selected dates. Each Village Hotel sets aside a limited number of rooms for offers. When this allocation is reached the Village Hotel cannot usually accept any more bookings at these prices although it may not technically be full.

3.2 Rates quoted are ‘from’ rates which represent the lowest price available throughout the duration of the promotion. Peak night supplements may apply and vary according to day of week and season. These rates are applicable for new bookings only. Normal supplements apply for upgraded accommodation. We reserve the right to amend offers as, and when, we deem appropriate.

3.3 Where applicable, payment in full is required at the time of your booking and such payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. These rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

4. Payment

4.1 A credit or debit card is required to secure your booking at the time of your booking. Payment for the entire duration of your stay with us is required in full at the time of your booking.

4.2 If you purchase any extras during your stay, we are authorised by you to collect the full amount of those purchased extras at any time using the credit or debit card details that you have provided to us.

4.3 Prices quoted by us are in Pounds Sterling and payment cannot be made in any other currency at any Village Hotel.

5. Cancellations/No shows

Bookings on this rate are non-refundable and non-transferable, if cancelled.

6.Non-refundable rate changes at all Village Hotels 

6.1 A change of date and/or room type by you is permitted by contacting our Contact Centre on 01925 873 283 and is subject to a £10.00 (ten pounds) modification fee plus the difference of the new applicable rate and/or room type charge.

6.2 If the rate is cheaper for the dates and/or room type you are amending, you will not be refunded the difference.

6.3 All amendments must be made to the entire booking and cannot be made to part of the booking only.

6.4 All amendments must be made at least 48 (forty eight) hours prior to your original scheduled day of arrival and all such changes are subject to room availability.  In addition, the same applicable rate and/or room type may need to be available for us to be able to accept your change of date and/or room type.

6.5 The location of the Village Hotel that you originally booked cannot be changed on any of our bookings.    

6.6 Only one change is permitted per booking.    

7. Your booking

If making a reservation in a Village Hotel, the contract for your stay is with VUR Village Trading No.1 Limited, with registered office at Lakeview, 600 Lakeside Drive, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RW and registered number 418878.

8. Guaranteed reservations

8.1 When you make a booking with us, your reservation is guaranteed. By this we mean that we will provide the agreed standard of accommodation that you have booked from any of the suitable rooms available at the time you check-in.  Of course, you may change or cancel your reservation in accordance with these terms and conditions.

8.2 In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so (including, without limitation, offering the relocation of your booking to another Village Hotel). If this does arise you can: (a) accept the changed arrangements as notified; (b) make an alternative arrangement with us; or (c) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.

9.Check-in times and check-out times

Check-in is 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Your room may be available before 3pm, however, this cannot be guaranteed and, if required, the Village Hotel will arrange storage of your luggage until your room is ready. A late check-out may be available in respect of your stay - please check with the Village Hotel reception on arrival.

10. Early check-in 

Available from 1pm. A standard extra charge of £15.00 (fifteen pounds) will be applied for an Early Check-In, subject to availability.

11. Late check-out

Available until 1pm. A standard extra charge of £15.00 (fifteen pounds) will be applied for a Late Check-Out, subject to availability.

12. Breakfast times

Monday - Friday 6:30am-9:30am, Saturday - Sunday 7:30am-10:30am.

13. Special arrangements

Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your special or non-standard requests, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract by us.

14. Your personal information

16. Child policy

16.1 Children are classed as those between the ages of 2 years old to 12 years old. Children are charged from between £15.00 (fifteen pounds) to £30.00 (thirty pounds) per night, per Village Hotel, dependant on your specific booking.

16.2 Children's meals are included to match the rate bought for the adult (either “Room Only”, “Breakfast”, “First Night Dinner” or “Dinner, Bed & Breakfast”).  Dinner for children, when included, is from the children's menu only.

16.3 Infants under 2 years old will be accommodated, where space allows, in a cot, free of charge.

17. Smoking policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all public areas and bedrooms at all Village Hotels. The use of e-cigarettes throughout our Village Hotels is also prohibited, in both public areas and guest bedrooms. A £100 (one hundred pounds) charge will apply to anyone found smoking in a bedroom.

18. Car parks

Most Village Hotels have their own car parks and parking is free of charge. However, cars are left at the owner's/customer's own risk. This also applies when staying on a “Before You Fly” package. Village Hotels does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your personal property.

19. Our liability to you

19.1 We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss or damage to your personal property that is caused by us but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen.

19.2 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

 20. Pet policy

Village Hotels has a no pets allowed policy. We do not allow pets in our Village Hotel bedrooms or the public areas, except for guide or assistance dogs.

21. Comments / Complaints

21.1 In the event that you have any reason to complain or have any comments, you must immediately inform the Village Hotel in question. Any verbal notification must be put in writing, which includes email. If you remain dissatisfied, you must write to Customer Services at Village Hotels, 1st Floor, Lakeview, 600 Lakeside Drive, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RW, within 21 (twenty one) days of the end of your stay, giving your booking reference and full details of your complaint.

21.2 Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. If you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may want to contact the alternative dispute resolution provider we use. You can submit a complaint to [name of ADR entity] via their website at www.village-hotels.co.uk. [name of ADR entity] will not charge you for making a complaint and if you are not satisfied with the outcome you can still bring legal proceedings. In addition, please note that disputes may be submitted for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.

22. Other important terms

22.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.

22.2 You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.

22.3This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

22.4 Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

22.5 If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the products or services to you, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.

22.6 These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this contract in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this contract in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this contract in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.

Pay later and pay now bookings terms and conditions

 

1.Pay Later Bookings - book now and pay later

1.1 Payment Information: A credit or debit card is required to guarantee your booking, subject to the clause 1.2 below. Debit and credit cards will be charged for the full amount of your stay at 7pm on the night prior to your scheduled arrival date. The relevant debit or credit card must be presented at the time that you check-in at the Village Hotel.

1.2 Cancellation Information: you can cancel or change your “book now, pay later” reservation free of charge up to 7pm on the night prior to your scheduled arrival date. No further charges will be made for cancellations received before 7pm on the night prior to your scheduled arrival date. At 7pm each day, debit and credit cards will be charged for the entire booked stay. Declined transactions will result in your reservation being cancelled and, where possible, we will contact you to confirm this.

1.3 No Shows: If you fail to check in by midnight on your scheduled arrival day, we will deem you to have cancelled your booking and you will be charged in accordance with clause 1.2 above

2.Pay Now Bookings – full payment at time of booking

2.1 Payment Information: Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Your debit or credit card will be charged the full amount accordingly.

2.2 Cancellation Information: Payments made for Pay Now Bookings are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by you.

2.3 No Shows: If you fail to check in by midnight on your scheduled arrival day, we will deem you to have cancelled your booking and you will be charged in accordance with clause 2.2 above.

3. Modification Information

3.1 A change of date and/or room type is permitted by you contacting our Contact Centre on 01925 873 283. Such a change is subject to availability (which may include the requirement for the same rate type/band of room to be available) and to the payment of:

3.1.1 a £10.00 (ten pounds) modification fee;

3.1.2 the difference between the original rate/room charge and the new applicable rate and/or room type charge; and

3.1.3 the cost of any additional nights that you stay at the relevant Village Hotel.

3.2 If the applicable new rate is cheaper for the dates and/or room type you are amending, you will not be refunded the difference between that and the original price paid.

3.3 All changes to dates and/or room types must be made:

3.3.1 to the entire booking and cannot be made to only part of the booking; and

3.3.2 at least 48 (forty eight) hours prior to your scheduled day of arrival. 

3.4 The location of the Village Hotel cannot be changed on any of our bookings. 

3.5 Only 1 (one) change of date and/or room type is permitted per booking.                  

3.6 Changes to dates and/or room types cannot be made online and you must call our Contact Centre on 01925 873 283. 

 

Campaign/promotional rates terms and conditions

 

1. Campaign/Promotional Rates

1.1 Bookings based on campaign/promotional rates are taken at the discretion of the individual Village Hotel. Such campaign/promotional rate offers are subject to availability and change, at the sole discretion of each Village Hotel. Only a certain number of rooms are available at each Village Hotel on selected dates. When this room availability has been reached, the Village Hotel may not, at its sole discretion, accept any more bookings at the campaign/promotional rates, regardless of whether the Village Hotel is fully occupied or not.

1.2 Campaign/promotional rates quoted are ‘from’ rates, which represent the lowest price available throughout the duration of the relevant campaign/promotion. Peak night supplements may apply and vary according to the applicable day of the week and/or season. Such rates are applicable for new bookings only. Supplements apply for upgraded accommodation. We reserve the right at all times to amend our offers as we deem appropriate.

1.3 Where applicable, payment for your booking is required in full at the time of your booking and such payment is non-refundable. The campaign/promotional rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer that we may be promoting at the time of your booking. Please refer to the specific promotion’s terms and conditions page for more information about that particular promotion.

2. Payment Information

Unless otherwise agreed by us, payment for your booking is required in full at the time of your booking. Your debit or credit card will be charged the full amount accordingly.

3. Cancellation Information

Campaign/promotional rate bookings are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by you.

4. No Shows 

If you fail to check-in by midnight on your scheduled arrival day, we will consider that you have cancelled your booking and you will be charged in accordance with clause 3 above.

‘Girls at the Spa’ Terms and Conditions

1. Our ‘Girls at the Spa’ offer is subject to a limited allocation of bedrooms and, therefore, may not be available on all dates.

2. Dinner must be taken from the 'Girls at The Grill' menu, which will be made available to you on the day. Any additional courses that you purchase will be charged as per the prices on the relevant menu.

3. Treatment times will either be between:

3.1 3pm - 8 pm on the day of your arrival; or

3.2 10am - 12pm on your day of departure

and, in each case, this includes your consultation and aftercare. 

4. You have a choice of 1 (one) x 25 (twenty five) minute treatment per adult included in the ‘Girls at the Spa’ offer. Your choice must be made from the following spa treatments:

4.1 ESPA for you facial;

4.2 scalp massage;

4.3 lighter legs treatment;

4.4 party fingers (file and paint); or

4.5 party toes (file and paint).

5. The ‘Girls at the Spa’ offer is only bookable via our Contact Centre on 01925 873288.

Payment Information

6. Payment is required in full at the time of your booking. Your debit or credit card will be charged the full amount accordingly.

Cancellation Information

7. ‘Girls at the Spa’ bookings are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by you.

No Shows

8. If you fail to check in by midnight on your scheduled arrival day, we will consider that you have cancelled your booking and you will be charged in accordance with clause 7 above.

 

Web Extras Terms and Conditions

The following extras are capable of being purchased by our customers, subject to availability and the applicable terms set out below.

1.Pre-Paid Early Check-In - £15.00 (fifteen pounds)

Subject always to availability. If unavailable, you will be contacted by the applicable Village Hotel prior to your scheduled arrival date at that Village Hotel. This extra applies to the first night of your stay. Pre-paid early check-in is available to you from 1pm on the day of your scheduled arrival.

2. Pre-Paid Late Check-Out - £15.00 (fifteen pounds)

Subject always to availability. If unavailable, you will be contacted by the applicable Village Hotel prior toyour scheduled arrival date at that Village Hotel. This extra applies to the last night of your stay. Pre-paid late check-out is available to you up to 1pm on the day of your scheduled departure.

 

Health and Fitness Club facility Terms and Conditions

  1. For Village Hotel guests that have booked directly for selected [health and fitness inclusive] rooms, access to the health and fitness facilities at the Village Hotel they are staying at is already included in the applicable room rate. For all other bookings, a per-person charge of £5.00 (five pounds) for entry to the health and fitness club will apply.

2.1 children under the age of 18 (eighteen) must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when in the Health & Fitness Club;

2.2 children's swimming times apply. Please see our website or contact the Village Hotel directly for confirmation of these times;

2.3 children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when in, or by, the pool area; and

2.4 saunas and steam rooms, whirlpool spa, fitness studio and toning tables are not suitable for, and therefore are not permitted to be used by, children under the age of 18 (eighteen).

Village Spa Terms and Conditions

1. Leisure Members Discount

Standard membership of Village Gym entitles such members to 10% (ten per cent) off Village Spa treatments from Monday to Friday each week, provided always that the member produces a valid membership card. Black Card membership of Village Gym entitles such members to 20% (twenty per cent) off Village Spa treatments from Monday to Friday each week, provided always that the member produces a valid membership card. 

2. Prices

All prices for spa treatments are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and such prices are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.

3. Scheduling An Appointment

To schedule an appointment for your Village Spa treatment, please contact our spa reception. To ensure your preferred time and specific spa treatment are available, we recommend that you book your spa treatment in advance. All spa treatments and packages require a 50% (fifty per cent) deposit to be paid at the time that you book your spa treatment. Your spa treatment timings as advertised in the brochure includes before and aftercare as a complimentary service.

4. Arrival Time

Please allow sufficient time before your spa treatment is due to begin to allow you to complete a spa consultation form. We recommend you arrive at least 15 (fifteen) minutes before your spa treatment is due to start so that you can change, relax and enjoy the spa facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction in your spa treatment time.

5. Leisure Facilities And Access

Guests who have reserved a spa day package will be offered a robe and towel for use during their spa day, which are subject to the payment of a £10.00 (ten pound) refundable deposit required. Guests will also be shown around our changing and fitness facilities including pool area by one of the spa team.

Village Gym is a state-of-the-art leisure club with the latest fitness equipment and a variety of fitness classes. You can book fitness classes at the spa reception ahead of your visit. Gym facilities are available to (a) spa day guests, (b) spa break guests, (c) certain Village Hotel residents and (d) Village Hotel members. Please bring your own personal flip-flops for use around the pool area and enquire about child-free pool times ahead of your visit.

6. Spa Lunches

With spa day packages, spa lunches will be held in our Village Hotel food and beverage areas. You must be fully clothed whilst in these areas.

7. Children’s Policy

We are delighted to offer spa treatments for children over the age of 16 years old. Please contact the spa team on [insert telephone number] for details of spa treatments available for our younger guests. We require signed permission from a parent, guardian or responsible adult of the child during the treatment consultation process in respect of all 16 and 17 year olds who wish to receive any spa treatments.

8. Cancellation Policy

Please note that, if you do not provide us with at least 48 (forty eight) hours’ notice of your request to cancel or re-arrange your spa treatment, your 50% (fifty per cent) deposit will not be refunded.

9. Health Conditions

It is your responsibility to advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that you suffer from, which could affect your choice of spa treatment, when booking your spa treatment with us. In certain circumstances, we may require you to provide a doctor’s note before we are able to provide any spa treatments to you. If we deem that it is necessary to do so based on your health conditions, allergies or injuries, we may refuse to provide any spa treatments to you.

10. Pregnancy

We have specially designed spa treatments for expectant women who are past their first trimester (being the first 3 (three) months of their pregnancy) or nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which spa treatments are most suitable for you.

11. Valuables

It is your responsibly to ensure that all of your personal possessions and valuables are kept safe and secure at all times whilst visiting the Village Spa. We accept no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, your personal possessions and valuables, unless such loss or damage is caused by us.

12. Refocus Package

The refocus package is subject to availability and is available to (a) over 18s only and (b) 16-17 year olds, provided always that they are accompanied at all times by a parent, guardian or responsible adult. Direct bookings for the refocus packages are available between 01/02/18 – 31/03/18. A free ESPA gift will be provided as part of the refocus package, subject to availability. The refocus package is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount. A 48 (forty eight) hour cancellation policy applies in relation to the refocus package, in accordance with clause 8 above.

13. Valentine Spa Day for 2

This offering is subject to availability and is available to (a) over 18s only and (b) 16-17 year olds, provided always that they are accompanied at all times by a parent, guardian or responsible adult. Direct bookings for this offering are available between 15/01/18 – 31/03/18. This offering is not valid with any other offer or discount. A 48 (forty eight) hour cancellation policy applies in relation to the refocus package, in accordance with clause 8 above. To book this offering, please book in person at our spa reception or by calling your local spa. It is your responsibility to advise us about any health and/or medical conditions that you suffer from at the time of your booking. If you fail to use a valid voucher before the applicable expiry date, that voucher is non-refundable. 

14. Spa Day for 2 (Mother’s Day)

This offering is subject to availability and is available to over 18s only. It is your responsibility to advise us about any health and/or medical conditions that you suffer from at the time of your booking. To book this offering, please book in person at our spa reception or by calling your local spa. A weekend supplement of £15.00 (fifteen pounds) per person applies to all Saturday and Sunday bookings. A free gift will be made available for the mother only, whilst stocks last. If you fail to use a valid voucher before the applicable expiry date, that voucher is non-refundable. This offer ends 31/03/18. A 48 (forty eight) hour cancellation policy applies in relation to the Spa Day for 2 package, in accordance with clause 8 above.

15. Restore, Revitalise & Relax Spa Day

This offering is subject to availability and is available to over 18s only. It is your responsibility to advise us about any health and/or medical conditions that you suffer from at the time of your booking. To book this offering, please book in person at our spa reception or by calling your local spa. A 48 (forty eight) hour cancellation policy applies in relation to the refocus package, in accordance with clause 8 above.

 

Food and Beverage Promotional Terms and Conditions

At Village Hotels we offer a variety of meal plans. Where meals are included within one of our Village Hotel room rates, they are included for adult guests only, unless otherwise advised.

1.Half Price Dining Voucher 

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The voucher is only valid against the total bill payable for food and drink in either (a) the Village Pub, (b) the Village Grill or (c) Buca di Beppo. This offer only applies in relation to pre-booked tables in the relevant restaurant. The voucher must be physically presented to your server or, alternatively the voucher code must be quoted. The full value of the voucher amount must be redeemed in a single transaction. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and no change shall be given. The voucher is redeemable from 01 January 2018 until 28 February 2018. Vouchers are non-refundable.

2. Burger Stacks half price voucher

This offer is only available in the Village Pub and is valid from 01 January 2018 until 28 February 2018. This offer entitles the voucher-holder to 50% (fifty per cent) off any burger stack when purchasing another burger stack. This offer is restricted to a maximum of 1 (one) voucher per table of 4 (four) people. You must present the voucher to your server in order to claim this offer. The voucher can only be used once and only original vouchers will be accepted.

3. Sunday Lunch half price voucher 

This offer is only available in (a) the Village Grill and (b) Buca di Beppo and is valid from 01 January 2018 until 28 February 2018 on Sundays only. The voucher entitles the holder to 50% (fifty per cent) off the total food bill per table of 4 (four) people. This offer is restricted to a maximum of 1 (one) voucher per table of 4 (four) people. The voucher only applies to adult-sized meals and all children’s meals will be charged at full price. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. You must present the voucher to your server in order to claim this offer. The voucher can only be used once and only original vouchers will be accepted.

4. Main Course half price voucher 

This offer is only available in (a) the Village Grill and (b) Buca di Beppo and is valid from 01 January 2018 until 28 February 2018. The voucher entitles the holder to 50% (fifty per cent) off any main course with the purchase of another main course from the applicable menu. This voucher can only be redeemed when a minimum of 2 (two) people are dining together. Only 1 (one) voucher can be used per couple. This offer remains subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. You must present the voucher to your server in order to claim the offer. The cheapest main course purchased will be discounted by using the voucher. The voucher can only be used once and only original vouchers will be accepted.

5. Prosecco or Wine half price voucher 

This offer is only available in our Village Hotel’s pub and restaurants. The offer is only valid from 01 January 2018 to 28 February 2018. This offer remains subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only 1 (one) voucher can be used per person [and a maximum of 1 (one) voucher per table of 4 (four) people. The voucher can only be redeemed against selected bottles of wine and Prosecco, as determined solely by each Village Hotel. You must present the voucher to your server in order to claim the offer. The voucher can only be used once and only original vouchers will be accepted.

6. Members’ 25% discount 

The 25% (twenty five per cent) discount is available 7 (seven) days a week but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. This discount can be used against the total bill payable in the Village Hotel restaurant or pub. To apply this discount, proof of membership must be established.

7. Red Card Membership

Red Card offers are subject to availability and can only be applied on specific dates and at specific times. Please check availability at the bar. Such offers are only valid when presenting a valid Red Card. Offers include:

  • £2.95 a pint on match day (£3.25 in Scotland);
  • £1.00 match day pies (subject to availability and only available Saturday's and Sunday's. Show the email at the bar to claim a pie for a £1.00). This offer can only be used once and only 1 (one) pie per person. This offer is non-transferable. Purely available to Red Card sign ups. The sender of the email must be Village Hotels; and
  • 1 (one) basket of wings bought with selected beers for £7.50.

8. Member’s Birthday Offer

The member dines free on their birthday when dining as part of a birthday celebration only (not valid against the normal a la carte menu). To dine for free the birthday celebration booking must be confirmed and pre-payment must be made within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the birthday email from Village Hotels. A copy of the email must be shown on arrival. All bookings are subject to availability. Available for bookings of 6 (six) or more, dining from the “Celebration” menu only. Available in Verve Grill or Buca di Beppo. Free fizz is based on tables of 6 (six) or more. 1 (one) bottle is included per table of 6 (six). This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

9. Breakfast For Two

This offer is valid for 2 (two) adults for each morning of their Village Hotel stay. The price is based on breakfast for 2 (two) adults for the length of their Village Hotel stay and is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless added to a “Bed & Breakfast” or “Dinner, Bed & Breakfast” rate where a full refund will be made upon checkout.

10. Dinner For Two

This offer is valid for 2 (two) adults on the first night of their Village Hotel stay only and cannot be exchanged for another night. Dinner is from the set menu in the Village Hotel restaurant and doesn't include drinks. Village Aberdeen and Village Edinburgh include a £9.80 supplement. A full refund will be made upon checkout if added to a “Dinner, Bed & Breakfast” rate.

11. Dinner & Wine For Two (One Bottle House Wine)

Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to revoke or amend the terms of any social media competitions at any time at our sole discretion and without incurring any liability to you.

2. Joe Root - 100 free pints Thursday 4th July 

This is a social media promotion only. This promotion is restricted to 1 (one) free pint per person, subject to the overall maximum of 100 (one hundred) free pints to be given out at each of our Village Hotels. In order to benefit from this promotion, you must follow @Village_Hotels on Twitter and you must show your tweet at the bar to redeem your 1 (one) free pint. You are only entitled to claim your free pint on the day of the original tweet only until 7:30pm. Pints are subject to availability and apply in respect of selected draft beers only. This promotion is based on a first come, first served basis and is only valid in the Village Hotel bar.

3. Facebook Live Reaction Vote Competitions

The available prize for any Facebook reaction vote competition in relation to large sporting events includes a £30 (thirty pounds) voucher to spend on food and drink at any Village Hotel. The valid voucher can be used in the pub or restaurant areas. Each voucher is valid for use for 1 (one) year from its date of issue. Entries must be made by selecting the reaction of your choice on the relevant competition post.

4. Village Tributes Photo Upload Competition

Any photos publicly uploaded to the Village Tributes Facebook page are subject to use by us on our website and in our marketing and, by uploading a photo, you consent to these terms. By submitting your photos to us, you confirm that you are happy for us to use your name and photo on our website and for our marketing purposes. 1 (one) winner will be selected and contacted each month. Village accommodation vouchers are redeemable online and are valid for Sunday night stays for 2 (two) adults sharing a standard room at any Village Hotel, subject to availability. Bank Holiday weekends are excluded. Each winner will initially be contacted via Facebook if they have won. Vouchers will be issued via email, therefore the winners must provide their correct email address when requested.

 

Meetings and Events Terms and Conditions

1. These terms apply to meetings and events held during the day, that are placed and pre-paid for via the online booking form at www.Village Hotels.co.uk.

2. All meeting rooms will be set boardroom-style and refreshments will be available from our Hub Café for the duration of your meeting.

3. Lunch will be served outside of the meeting room.

5. Meeting rooms and refreshments can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 (fourteen) days before the scheduled date of the meeting. Any cancellations made less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the scheduled date of the meeting will result in full charges applying.

6. A reduction in the number of attendees at a meeting or event can be made up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to the scheduled date of the meeting. Any reductions made less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the scheduled date of the meeting will result in full charges applying.

7. You shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of your meeting/event guests, and shall ensure that your guests have regard to any regulations imposed by any competent authority, and that nothing shall be done which will constitute a breach of the law. You shall fully indemnify us against any claims, or loss or damage arising as a result of breach of this clause.

8. Our prior written approval must be obtained if you wish to temporarily fix items to the walls, floors or ceilings. We will hold you responsible for any damage caused through your, your guests’ or your contractors’ negligence. An inspection of the applicable meeting/event space before and after the meeting/event may be requested by contacting the Village Hotel’s Duty Manager.

9. Where you have pre-paid for the use of any particular facilities and/or services, we will not be liable to make any refunds (whether partially or in full) should you or your guests fail or refuse to use such facilities and/or services.

10. We shall not be liable to you in respect of the standard of services provided by any third parties.

11.Only food and beverages purchased from the Village Hotel may be consumed on the premises. If food or beverages are brought into the Village Hotel for consumption, a charge will be made to you that is equal to the Village Hotel’s selling price for that or an equivalent product, which shall be in the absolute determination of the Village Hotel.

12. The meeting/event must start and finish at the times that we have agreed with you. Any changes to such times must be agreed in writing by us.

13. We reserve the right to (a) cancel any booking or (b) offer alternative facilities to you without any liability on our part in the event of:

13.1 any occurrence beyond our reasonable control, which would prevent us from performing our obligations in connection with the relevant booking; or

13.2 if the booking might, in our opinion, prejudice our reputation.
