Village Gym Members Birthday Offer

The member dines free on their birthday when dining as part of a Celebration only (not valid against the normal a la carte menu). To dine for free the Celebration booking must be confirmed and pre-payment must be made 14 days of receiving the birthday email from Village. A copy of the email must be shown on arrival. All bookings are subject to availability. Available for bookings of 6 or more, dining from the Celebration menu only. Available in Pub & Grill Free fizz is based on tables of 6 or more. 1 bottle is included per table of 6. This can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer. Subject to availability and general T&Cs apply.

Booking Revolution Member - Late Availability

Based on 2 people sharing a standard double or twin room on a room only basis. All extra upgrades and supplements are chargeable. Rates are fully pre-paid and non-refundable. All add ons must be bought at the time of booking and are fully pre paid and non-refundable. Non transferable. Rates can only be booked 7 days before arrival. Subject to availability.

All member rates include the following free benefits during the stay - WIFI, car parking for up to one car at a Village Hotel, use of Village Gym & pool, use of a Vworks Hot Desk (Monday - Thursday only) . Please note that not all Village Hotels have VWorks, and where VWorks is not available no alternative shall be provided. Member benefits are given to members only when a member books a stay in advance at a Village Hotel via the Private Member Area on a qualifying member rate. Members shall be given access to qualifying room rates available at the time of Booking. Benefits are subject to availability at all times and are not guaranteed. Not all benefits are available at all Village Hotels at all times. All Benefits can be varied or cancelled or changed by Village without notice to a Member. Members can book a maximum of 9 rooms per booking.

A Bed For The Day 

Available at all 33 Village Hotels. Credit card required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Cancellation permitted up to 12pm on the day of arrival. Modifications are not permitted. Full payment required on arrival. Day use is from 10am - 5pm. Club room supplement is £20.

Book your stay 90 days or more before arrival and you can save up to 20% off our publicly best available rate at any Village Hotel. Book within 90 days of your arrival date to save up to 15% at any Village Hotel. Full pre-paid at time of booking, non-refundable, nontransferable. Available on Room Only and Bed & Breakfast rates.
