Eligibility: This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.

How to Enter: There are two valid methods of entry into this prize draw. No purchase necessary: To enter, sign up here. Only one entry per person will be accepted. For bookers who purchase Christmas party tickets online at any Village Hotel location before midnight on 30-Sept-25 they will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

Prize: A winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and the prize will be subject to the following conditions: If the winner has already purchased Christmas party night tickets, they will be refunded the value of the deposit or full price tickets paid (up to a maximum of 10 people). If the winner has not purchased Christmas party night tickets they will be offered a table for up to 10 people at a Village Hotel Party Night of their choice - subject to availability. Whilst we will try to accommodate preferred dates and locations, all prize bookings are subject to availability - alternative dates and locations will be offered. No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable.

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by midnight on 30-Sept-25. The Promoter’s decision is final.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond to this email within 30 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

Publicity: By entering, you agree that your name and/or social media handle may be used in any publicity material related to the prize draw by the promoter. The Promoter will not use your personal data for any other purpose unless you have given explicit consent to receive marketing communications.
