  • Unfortunately Village Spas are now permanently closed across all sites.
  • I have a spa voucher and haven't redeemed it yet, what are my options?
  • If you have a Village Spa gift voucher that begins with either M8 or T8, these have now expired, and we are unable to offer you any alternative options. If you have a ‘Village Cash Voucher’ that was purchased from our website, identifiable by a long number starting with a 6, these can still be used in any of our 31 hotels in any department. They are non-refundable. If they have expired since 1st April 2020, we can offer an extension due to the pandemic. Please type villagehotels.com/village-spa-vouchers into your browser and complete the form, selecting ‘extension’ in the first option box. Your voucher will be extended for a further six months from the date of expiry. If you have a ‘Village Spa Day for 2’ experience voucher that was purchased from our website, identifiable by a long number starting with a 6, and you were unable to use it prior to closure, we can offer a refund for these vouchers if they are still valid. Please type villagehotels.com/village-spa-vouchers into your browser and complete the form, selecting ‘refund’ in the first option box. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be made to the original purchaser.
  • I purchased a voucher through a 3rd party such as Groupon, Wowcher, Treatwell. What do I need to do?
  • If you have a voucher that was purchased via Groupon, Wowcher, Treatwell, Spabreaks.com, Buyagift.com, 5pm or ITISON - please contact the original supplier directly.
  • I paid a deposit for a treatment or spa day - will I get my money back?
  • If you have paid a deposit for a treatment or spa day, please follow this link to complete an enquiry form villagehotels.com/village-spa-deposits. A member of the team will be in touch with you within 14 days and if a refund is owed you will receive it within the next 30 days.
  • Can my vouchers be redeemed against other services at Village Hotel?
  • Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer spa treatments and products. If you have a Village Spa gift voucher that begins with either M8 or T8, these have now expired, and we are unable to offer you any alternative options. If you have a Village Cash Voucher that was purchased from our website (identifiable by a long number starting with a 6), then these can still be used in any of our 31 hotels. Cash vouchers are non-refundable but they can be used to purchase other Village services. Given the closure of some of our outlets during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are happy to extend cash vouchers that have expired since April 2020.
