1. The corporate rate quoted is based on the anticipated annual room night commitment as outlined above.

2. Rates are for individual room reservations only, up to 9 rooms on any given arrival date and are not applicable for group bookings.

3. You must keep the unique corporate access code safe and it must only be used by your Company for making accommodation bookings with Village.

4. Rate Inclusions are: WiFi, Car Parking (normally chargeable) and access to the Village Health & Wellness Club (normally chargeable). Room type supplements will apply for king, double double and club rooms.    Additional Benefits: save 20% on pre-booked dinner in the Pub & Grill, 10% discount on all private or business meetings & events when quoting VURCOR10 at the time of booking (online & offline), 5% F&B discount (Village Rewards sign up required) and a Village Health & Wellness gym membership offer.

5. Reservations for 10 rooms or more are considered to be a group booking and our standard group terms and conditions will apply. Group reservations can be made by email at groups@village-hotels.com or call us on 03330 065 222.

6. All corporate rates will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.  The Hotel reserves the right to withdraw the rate should the anticipated room night volume not be achieved.

7. All rates are net non-commissionable unless otherwise specified.

8. All rate information should be treated as private and confidential and not shared with any party outside the contracting organisation.

9. All corporate rates are subject to rate and room type availability. There may be times when your rate is not available. At this time, you will be offered the best public available room only rate with a minimum of 10% discount, subject to the hotel’s availability.

10. Where the hotel falls within the boundaries of a city or an area that is subject to a mandatory local visitor/tourist levy or tax, all corporate rates will be subject to this as an additional charge, together with any applicable VAT. Please refer to your booking for details of any applicable levy or tax.

12. All bookings are considered provisional until written confirmation in the form of an email is received. Alternatively, a credit card number may be given to guarantee the reservation.

13. Cancellations made after 7pm the day prior to arrival will incur the 1st night rate charge.

14. Any non-arrivals or “no-shows”, you will be charged for the first night's accommodation and any subsequent nights booked in the same reservation will also be cancelled.  Any early departure from the original reservation is charged 1 night at the rate booked for the night of the early departure.

17. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking forthwith and without any liability on its part in the event of damage or destruction of the hotel by fire or any other causes, any shortages of labour or food supplies, strikes, lock-outs or industrial action, or any other cause beyond the control of the hotel which shall prevent it from performing its obligation in connection with any room reservations. In the unlikely event of the above, the hotel will endeavour to source alternative accommodation.

18.Village reserves the right to withdraw or amend any benefits at any time without notice to you.
