TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MULTI MEETING OFFER
Eligibility:
- Offer is valid for new bookings taken between March 1st and September 1st 2026 for any future meeting arrival date.
- Not valid for existing bookings already on tentative or confirmed status.
Booking Requirements:
- All 3+ or 5+ qualifying bookings must be contracted and confirmed simultaneously to receive the discount.
Applicable Discount:
- Discount applies to contracted room hire, refreshments, and food.
- Applicable to bookings against Day Delegate and Just Meet packages.
- Meetings can be booked across multiple locations.
Exclusions:
- Excludes retail food & beverage and accommodation.
General Conditions:
- For residential enquiries, the discount applies only to the meetings portion of the booking. General Conditions: Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Commission can be paid on this offer. Normal Village Terms and Conditions apply for meetings.
