These Special Conditions apply to extras that are capable of being purchased by you in advance of your arrival, and are subject always to availability and supplement the Village Standard Terms and Conditions which can be found here. In the case of conflict, these Special Conditions take precedence over the Village Standard Terms and Conditions in relation to web extras.

1.   Pre-Paid Early Check-In – Between £5.00 (five pounds) and £20.00 (twenty pounds)
If unavailable, you will be contacted by the applicable Village Hotel prior to your scheduled arrival date at that Village Hotel. This extra applies to the first night of your stay. Pre-paid early check-in is available to you from 1pm on the day of your scheduled arrival.

2.   Pre-Paid Late Check-Out – Between £5.00 (five pounds) and £20.00 (twenty pounds)
If unavailable, you will be contacted by the applicable Village Hotel prior to your scheduled arrival date at that Village Hotel.  This extra applies to the last night of your stay.  Pre-paid late check-out is available to you up to 1pm on the day of your scheduled departure. 

3.    Pre-Paid Breakfast - £10.00 (ten pounds) per person per night
This offering includes a full cooked breakfast, an assortment of pastries, juices and coffee/tea. 

4.    Pub & Grill Food Credit - £25.00 (twenty five pounds) per room
This offering includes a £25 dining allowance to spend on food & drink in the Pub & Grill only. This extra applies to one £25 allowance per person per night. Any additional food charges are fully chargeable. The allowance cannot be used against purchases made in Starbucks, breakfast or drinks in the Pub & Grill. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. There is no cash value and no change is given.

5.    Pre-paid access to Village Gym - £5.00 (five pounds) per room per night.
This offering is available to all standard rooms.  Club and family rooms have Village Gym access included. 

6.    Pre-Paid round of Golf on Heron’s Reach Course - £25.00 (twenty five pounds) per person per stay

This offering is available at Village Blackpool only and includes one round (18 holes) of golf per person per stay.

7. Modification Fee / Make a Change Add-On - £5.00 (five pounds) per room

A modification fee of £5 per room can be purchased at the time of booking. This applies to selected promotional rates only. This allows a guest to make one change of date to the booking. The hotel booked cannot be changed. All changes are subject to availability. The customer is liable to pay any difference in rate applicable to a new booking date. The value of the original booking will be offset against the rate value of the new date selected (based on our publically available best available rates at the time of the modification. The promotional rate cannot be held for new dates). If the rate is higher on the new date the difference will be chargeable, if the rate is less no refund will be given. No refund will be given in the event of cancellation of either the modification fee, booking value or any add on items i.e breakfast purchased. The modification fee must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be purchased at a later date. A modification request can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Only 1 change is permitted.
