SIMPLY US WEDDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Availability and Booking 

1.1. The Simply Us Wedding Celebration Package (the "Package") is offered exclusively for weddings taking place on selected dates in 2026.

1.2. All bookings under the Package are strictly subject to the availability of the venue and are dependent on the operational capacity of the hotel on the requested date.

1.3. A confirmed date for the Package is not guaranteed until a signed contract and the required non-refundable deposit have been received and acknowledged by Village Hotels. Clients are advised to check specific date availability with the dedicated wedding coordinator prior to making commitments.

2. Catering and Menu 

2.1. The Package includes a wedding breakfast based on selections from Village Hotels' standard wedding menus. Details of the standard menu choices will be provided at proposal stage

2.2. Any selection of dishes outside of the standard wedding menus, including but not limited to premium dishes, customised themes, or catering for highly specific dietary requirements beyond the standard offerings, constitutes a menu upgrade

2.3. Menu upgrades are subject to the express agreement of Village Hotels and will incur an additional cost. This additional cost will be itemized and agreed upon with the client during the planning process.

3. Venue Décor and Styling

3.1. The Package includes the provision of standard chair sashes for the ceremony and/or reception chairs for 30 guests. The choice of colour will be limited to a selection of standard options provided by Village Hotels.

3.2. Décor enhancement upgrades are available upon request and will incur an additional charge. All décor upgrades must be coordinated and approved by the Village Hotels wedding team.
