Terms & Conditions
1. Everything Business Rates
1.1 Are only available for customers who have been given a unique corporate access code by Village and is only available for accommodation bookings made directly with Village and not through a third party claiming commission. Codes will be provided within 3 working days of application.
1.2 You must keep the unique corporate access code safe and it must only be used by your Company for making accommodation bookings with Village.
1.3 Your unique corporate access code will give you a guaranteed 5% and up to 15% discount 7 days a week on the best available public room only rate published and can be found on our website www.VillageHotels.com, this rate fluctuates based on market demands. Special event dates may not be available.
1.4 Everything Business rates are available at all Village Hotel locations.
1.5 Rate Inclusions: WiFi, Car Parking (normally chargeable) and access to the Village Health & Wellness Club (normally chargeable). Room type supplements will apply for king, double double and club rooms.
1.6 Additional Benefits: Save £5.00 off pre-booked breakfast, save 20% on pre-booked dinner in the Pub & Grill, 10% discount on all private or business meetings & events when quoting EVB10 at the time of booking (online & offline), 5% F&B discount (Village Rewards sign up required) and a Village Health & Wellness gym membership offer.
2. How to Book
2.1 You can book accommodation at any Village Hotel using your unique corporate access code via our online booking engine https://www.village-hotels.co.uk/villagedirect or by contacting our Business Desk on 03330 065 222. For guidance on how to book online, please view the online user guide at https://www.village-hotels.co.uk/village-direct
2.2 When you contact Village to make your reservation you will also need to provide the following information:
2.2.1 Your full name and company name.
2.2.2 A valid credit card to secure the reservation..
2.3 Payment will be taken from the credit card provided for the reservation 7pm the day prior to the arrival Date.
2.4 Any discount offered for breakfast and / or dinner can only be applied when booked at time of reservation. No further discounts can be applied after this time
2.4.1 Pre-booked dinner is charged at £20.00 per person per night at the time of booking and a credit will be given to you of £25.00 per person per night to spend on any food items on the menu in the Pub & Grill. No refunds will be given if the credit is not used. If items chosen cost more than £25.00, the amount over £25.00 must be paid for by the customer.
2.4.2 Village Rewards sign up for the 5% F&B discount can be found at https://www.village-hotels.co.uk/village-rewards
2.5 Access to VWorks A non-exclusive right for a hotel guest who has booked on a Everything Business rate to use a non-specific hot desk in VWorks for the duration of their stay. This membership does not allocate a specific desk but gives access to a desk within VWorks and use of VWorks (not available at all hotels).
2.5.1 Times of use may vary for each Hotel in which VWorks operates, from 7am on the day of check-in until 8pm on the day of check-out Monday to Friday.
3. Additional Terms and Conditions
3.1 A minimum of 30 room nights need to be booked in a 12 month period in order to maintain your Everything Business discounts. If this is not met, Village reserves the right to withdraw the rate without notice to you.
3.2 Everything Business discounts only applicable for up to bookings of 9 rooms. Bookings for 10 rooms or more are considered to be a group booking and cannot be booked via the business desk on 03330 065 222 or email groups@village-hotels.com.
3.3 Cancellations made after 7pm the day prior to arrival will incur the 1st night rate charged for any bookings.
3.4 Any non-arrivals or “no-shows” will incur the 1st night rate charge.
3.5 Village reserves the right to withdraw or amend any of the Everything Business benefits at any time without notice to you.
