When booking a room online and you have selected your preferred stay dates, you will be presented with a number of room options. Depending on availability, you will be provided with an option to select “Club Room”.
Club rooms contain all the comforts of a standard Village Hotel room plus all of the following; Free parking, access to our gym & pool areas, upgraded in-room toiletries, premium coffee machine with speciality tea & coffee, a reusable water bottle and a sweet treat. Club room guests can also take advantage of a one hour early check in and one hour late check out along with a VWorks coworking hot desk (available at select hotels).
Club rooms feature a number of upgraded in-room features such as a premium coffee machine as well as additional extras and access including free parking and access to our state-of-the-art gym & pool facilities.
At Village, for your comfort & to not disturb you during your stay with us, housekeeping is on request. Guests can request either a room refresh or just replacement towels by hanging the orange door hanger outside the bedroom door by 11pm the night prior.
Standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out at 11am. Your room may be available before 3pm, however, this cannot be guaranteed and the hotel will arrange storage of your luggage until your room is ready. Early check-in is available from 1pm midweek and the weekend standard extra charge of £15 should be applied. Late check-out is available up to 1pm a standard extra charge of £20 should be applied. Subject to availability.

Family rooms are available at all Village Hotels, with the exception of our hotels in Bristol, Basingstoke, Southampton Eastleigh and Portsmouth. Family room supplements apply. This supplement is the same for 1 or more children in the room and range between £25-£30 depending on the location. Any additional food requirements such as breakfast or dinner are also chargeable.
This depends on the rate you have booked. If you are booking a Flexible rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking subject to the cancellation policy below. Debit and credit cards will be charged at 3pm the day prior to arrival for the full amount of your entire stay. The card must be presented to the hotel at check-in. No further charges will be made for cancellations received before 3pm the day prior to arrival. At 3pm the debit or credit card will be charged for the full amount of your entire stay. Declined transactions will result in the reservation being cancelled. If you have booked a Saver or Promotional rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. Payment in full is required in advance of your stay which will be taken by the hotel within approximately 24 hours of the booking being made. Bookings on these rates are non refundable and non transferable if cancelled.
This depends on the rate you have booked. We can only help with bookings that were made directly through Village. Unfortunately, we cannot help with bookings made through another party, e.g. Booking.com, Hotels.com or Expedia - please contact them directly. Saver rate bookings made with Village (where full payment is taken at the time of booking) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Flexible rate bookings made with Village can be cancelled free of charge up to 3pm the night prior to your planned arrival day.

Village Hotels have a no pets allowed policy. We do not allow pets in our hotel bedrooms or the public areas, except for Guide or assistance dogs.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all public areas and bedrooms. The use of E-Cigarettes throughout our hotels is also prohibited, in both public areas and guest bedrooms A £100 charge will apply to anyone found smoking in a bedroom.

Cash vouchers can be redeemed at any Village Hotel. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed online. Cash vouchers can be used as full or part payment against on-property goods or services - simply present your cash voucher at the time of purchase. Any remaining balance from a cash voucher shall remain on the voucher and may be used against future purchases. Change will not be given. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking, the following terms shall apply: For bookings made before 31st October 2025 and cancelled on or before 31st October 2025, Village is entitled to retain a £10 deposit per person for each booking. If you cancel your booking after 31st October 2025, the full payment will be retained. Any new bookings made from 1st November 2025 will require full pre-payment and are non-refundable. Yes, in the case that Village has to cancel your Christmas event, we will refund your booking or offer to transfer your booking to a different date.

There is no minimum number, single tickets can be purchased.
All hotels have different capacities for their Christmas events. If you are looking to book tickets for a larger party, please contact the hotel directly for capacity limits and availability.
For Christmas Party Nights, your final balance must be paid by 31st October. For Parties in the Pub, your final balance must be paid by 15th November. For Christmas Day and NYE, your final balance must be paid by 30th November.
Bookings will automatically be cancelled if payment has not been received by the specified date. All deposit payments are non-refundable/non-transferable and therefore would be lost.
Our events reach full capacity at Christmas and therefore this will not be possible. We strongly advise you to book your tickets online ahead of the event to avoid missing out!
If the event isn't a specific era or theme, the DJ will play a mix of popular music and Christmas classics.
Under no circumstances do we allow guests to bring their own drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) onto the premises. Our bar's are stocked and we invite you to pre-order drinks. Village Rewards is an app that allows Village customers to get access to discounts and weekly offers!
1. GET REWARDED: The app can be used to redeem special offers and ‘gifts’ from Village. As well as being able to access a standard 5% discount off your Pub & Grill bill through the app, members also have access to other seasonal specials and weekly offers. Download the app to view our latest offers.
2. COLLECT STAMPS ON A PUNCH CARD: From time to time punch cards will be available to members - these allow guests to collect ‘stamps’ for a qualifying visits and work towards receiving a gift. This is not currently available for all members.
Within the Village Rewards app some members will be able to collect a V ‘stamp’ on a punch card and work towards collecting a gift from Village. At the moment this functionality is only available for new Village Health & Wellness members.
Please be aware that ‘punch cards’ are only applicable to certain member profiles. It can take up to 48 hours for a stamp to appear on your punch card, if this does not appear after 48 hours then email us via the “contact us” section within the app.
From 20th January 2025, the collection of points will be replaced with a 5% discount for Village Rewards members. Whilst members will no longer be able to collect points on purchases, you will have until 31 Dec 2025 to spend any points already accumulated within the app. Simply go to the till with your app and tell the server you want to use your points from your Village Rewards app to pay.

Yes, when you are ready to use your earned points all points are redeemed in one transaction. Points can not be redeemed separately. From 20th January 2025, you'll no longer accrue points, and will have until the end of the year to spend any points already accumulated.
To redeem rewards please show your unique QR code to the server and let them know which reward you would like to redeem on your app. All rewards can only be redeemed once in one transaction.
Village Rewards are unable to amend, cancel or freeze gym memberships. Simply log into your online gym members account with the email address you registered with and let us know of any changes with a click of a button.
Tables can be booked via the rewards app on the home page. If you are looking to amend or cancel a table reservation please follow the instructions in your confirmation email you received at the time of booking.
Please make sure that your contact details are up to date in your online account or with the leisure desk and that you are logging in with the contact number you provided when signing up to the gym.
