  • What time is check in / out?
  • Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Your room may be available before 3pm, however, this cannot be guaranteed and the hotel will arrange storage of your luggage until your room is ready. A late checkout may be available during your stay, please check with the hotel reception on arrival. Early Check In Available from 1pm midweek and the weekend Standard extra charge of £15 should be applied for an Early Check In Subject to availability Late Check Out A Standard extra charge of £20 should be applied for a Late Check Out. (Excluding "Lazy Sundays" offer which has it's own pricing) Late check out is available up to 2pm Subject to availability
  • What is your pet policy?
  • Village Hotels have a no pets allowed policy. We do not allow pets in our hotel bedrooms or the public areas, except for Guide or assistance dogs.
  • Can I check in late at night / very early in the morning?
  • Yes Village Hotels has a 24 hour reception. It is recommended you advise the hotel if you are arriving late or would like to checkout early.
  • Smoking Policy
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all public areas and bedrooms. The use of E-Cigarettes throughout our hotels is also prohibited, in both public areas and guest bedrooms A £100 charge will apply to anyone found smoking in a bedroom.
  • How can I give you my Comments / Feedback?
  • Go to the Contact Us page. Here you can contact any Village Hotels or CustomerServices by selecting from the drop down list and completing the enquiry form. In the event that you have any reason to complain or have any comments, you must immediately inform the hotel in question. Any verbal notification must be put in writing. If you remain dissatisfied, you must write to Customer Services within 21 days of the end of your stay giving your booking reference and / or full details of your complaint.   • When will I pay for my booking?
  • This depends on the rate you have booked. If you are booking a Pay Later rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking subject to the cancellation policy below. Debit and credit cards will be charged at 7pm the day prior to arrival for the full amount of your entire stay. The card must be presented to the hotel at check-in. No further charges will be made for cancellations received before 7pm the day prior to arrival. At 7pm debit or credit cards will be charged for the full amount of your entire stay. Declined transactions will result in the reservation being cancelled. If you have booked a Pay Now or Promotional rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. Payment in full required in advance of your stay which will be taken by the hotel within approximately 24 hours of the booking been made. Bookings on these rates are non refundable and non transferable if cancelled.
  • Do all hotels have a swimming pool and gym?
  • Yes Village Gyms have full length swimming pools and gyms. More information can be found on hotel information pages.
  • Is there parking at all hotels?
  • Parking is free for up to 4 hours, then £5 per day thereafter between Monday to Friday. Parking is  complimentary after 5pm on Fridays. Charges then apply from 3pm on Sunday.  Cars are left at the owner's/customer's own risk.  This also applies when staying on a Before You Fly package. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage. Parking is complimentary for any one using VWorks shared workspace.
  • Do you have internet access?
  • All Village Hotels have Wifi which is available in all areas of the hotel and rooms.
  • Is there a hairdryer in all rooms?
  • Yes, all bedrooms have a hairdryer.
  • Do you have an ironing board?
  • Yes, all bedrooms have a iron and ironing board.
  • Is there a babysitting service at your hotels?
  • Unfortunately Village Hotels do not offer baby sitting or baby listening services.
  • Can I get room service?
  • Yes room service is available at all Village Hotels. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm times.
  • Are there lifts and disabled access in all of your hotels?
  • Yes all Village Hotels have lifts and disabled access. If you have difficulty getting around and would like one of our easily accessible rooms, please contact Central Reservations on 01925 377535 so we can select the best room and best rate for you.
  • Do I pay for my meal in the restaurant(s) if I use them, or does it get added to my bill?
  • If you are staying with Village Hotels you may charge items to your room. This facility can be setup by the reception upon check-in or any time during your stay. You would need to provide a credit or debit card for pre authorisation.
  • Is there a minimum age for spa treatments?
  • Children up to 15 years old are not permitted any spa treatments. An adult must accompany all spa guests that are 16 or 17 years old. 18 years and over are permitted all spa treatments.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
  • Pay now bookings: these require full prepayment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. Pay later bookings: free cancellation or changes up to 7pm the night prior to arrival day.
  • I booked through another site, can I change it with you?
  • We can only help with bookings that were made directly through Village. Unfortunately we cannot help with bookings made through another party, e.g.,, and so we advise you to contact them directly.
