  • Where can I check the number of sleepers on my booking?
  • During the booking process number of sleepers is displayed at the top of the screen layout
  • When will you take payment for my booking?
  • This depends on the rate you have booked. If you are booking a Pay Later rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking subject to the cancellation policy below. Debit and credit cards will be charged at 7pm the day prior to arrival for the full amount of your entire stay. The card must be presented to the hotel at check-in. No further charges will be made for cancellations received before 7pm the day prior to arrival. At 7pm debit or credit cards will be charged for the full amount of your entire stay. Declined transactions will result in the reservation being cancelled. If you have booked a Pay Now or Promotional rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. Payment in full required in advance of your stay which will be taken by the hotel within approximately 24 hours of the booking been made. Bookings on these rates are non refundable and non transferable if cancelled.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
  • Pay now bookings: these require full prepayment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. Pay later bookings: free cancellation or changes up to 7pm the night prior to arrival day.
  • I booked through a 3rd party (not Village), can I change my booking with you?
  • We can only help with bookings that were made directly through Village. Unfortunately we cannot help with bookings made through another party, e.g. Booking.com, Hotels.com, LateRooms.com and so we advise you to contact them directly.
