STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The price you pay:

Rates quoted are per room, per night based upon the room occupancy selected (unless otherwise specified), subject to availability. Normal supplements apply for upgraded accommodation. These rates are applicable for new bookings only.

All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking, are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to change without any prior notice. Where a meal is included in the price, this is for adults only – for children’s meals see Child Policy section, below.  The hotel will inform you at check-in in which food outlet this is to be taken, and, if appropriate, the menu available. The full price for each break, with the addition of all extras incurred during your stay, is to be settled in full before departure.

VAT is included at the current prevailing rate where applicable. “Pay Now”rates require full prepayment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Advertising/promotional rates:

Bookings are taken at the discretion of the individual hotel. Offers are subject to availability and change. Only a certain number of rooms are available at each hotel on selected dates. Each hotel sets aside a limited number of rooms for offers. When this allocation is reached the hotel cannot usually accept any more bookings at these prices although it may not technically be full.

Rates quoted are ‘from’ rates which represent the lowest price available throughout the duration of the promotion. Peak night supplements may apply and vary according to day of week and season. These rates are applicable for new bookings only. Normal supplements apply for upgraded accommodation. We reserve the right to amend offers as appropriate.

Where applicable, payment in full is required at time of booking and this is non-refundable and non-transferable. These rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please refer to the promotional terms and conditions page for more information.

Payment: A credit or debit card is required to secure and make your booking. Payment in full required for the entire stay at time of booking.

Cancellations/No shows: Bookings on this rate are non-refundable and non-transferable, if cancelled.

PAY LATER BOOKINGS - Book now and pay later. 
FREE cancellation or changes up to 7pm the night prior to arrival day

Payment Information: A credit or debit card is required to guarantee your booking, subject to the cancellation policy below.

Debit and credit cards will be charged for the full amount of stay at 7pm the night prior to arrival. The card must be available on check-in at the hotel.

Cancellation Information: No further charges will be made for cancellations received before 7pm on the night prior to arrival. At 7pm debit and credit cards will charged for the entire stay.  Declined transactions will result in the reservation being cancelled and, where possible, contact will be made to the booker.

No shows: If you fail to check in by midnight on your scheduled arrival day, we will consider that you have cancelled your booking and you will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Pay Now Bookings – full payment at time of booking

Payment Information: Payment is required in full at the time of booking and the debit or credit card will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Information: non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Semi Flexible Bookings – full payment at time of booking

Payment Information: Payment is required in full at the time of booking and the debit or credit card will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Information: non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

No Shows: If you fail to check in by midnight on your scheduled arrival day, we will consider that you have cancelled your booking and you will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Modification Information: A change of date and/or room type is permitted by contacting our Contact Centre and is subject to a £10 modification feeplus the difference of the new applicable rate and/or room type charge.

If the rate is cheaper for the dates and/or room type you are amending, you will not be refunded the difference.

You will be charged for the modification fee and any difference in rate, room type and additional nights.

All amendments must be made to the entire booking and cannot be made to part of the booking only.

All amendments must be done 2 days prior to the dayof arrival and changes are subject to availability.  In addition, the same rate type/band may need to be available.

The location of the hotel cannot be changed on any of our bookings.  

Only one change is permitted.                     

Changes cannot be made online and the customer must call our Contact Centre on 01925 873 283. 

Your booking:

If making a reservation in a Village Hotel, the contract for your stay is with:

VUR Village Trading No.1 Limited, with registered office at Lakeview, 600 Lakeside Drive, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RW and registered number 418878.

Guaranteed reservations:

When you make a booking with us, your reservation is guaranteed. By this we mean that we will provide the agreed standard of accommodation that you have booked from any of the suitable rooms available at the time you check-in.  Of course, you may change or cancel your reservation in accordance with the terms and conditions of your booking.

In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so (including, without limitation, offering the relocation of your booking to another hotel). If this does arise you can: 1) accept the changed arrangements as notified; 2) make an alternative arrangement with us; or 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.

Check-In Times and Check-Out Times:

Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Your room may be available before 3pm, however, this cannot be guaranteed and, if required, the hotel will arrange storage of your luggage until your room is ready. A late check-out may be available during your stay - please check with the hotel reception on arrival.

Early Check-In

Available from 1pm.  A standard extra charge of £15 will be applied for an Early Check-In, subject to availability

Late Check-Out

Available until 1pm.  A standard extra charge of £15 will be applied for a Late Check-Out, subject to availability

Breakfast Times:

Monday - Friday 6:30am-9:30am, Saturday - Sunday 7:30am-10:30am.

Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your requests, unfortunately, we can not guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.

Your personal information:

Village Hotels processes personal information collected from you for the purposes of providing the hotel and accommodation services that we have agreed with you and providing you with information about products and services we offer. We will not sell this information and will only disclose it to other companies within the Village Hotels group of companies and any suppliers we engage to process data on our behalf.

We monitor business calls for quality control and training purposes.

Health & Fitness Club Facilities

For hotel guests that have booked directly for selected rooms, access to the health & fitness facilities are included in the rate. A per room charge of £5 for entry to the health & fitness club will apply to standard room bookings & 3rd party bookings.  

For full details of extra facilities offered, and the charges and availability of these, please contact the hotel directly. The following conditions apply regarding the use of Village Hotels Leisure Clubs:

  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when in the Health & Fitness Club.
  • Children's swimming times apply. Please see the website or contact the hotel directly for confirmation of these times.
  • Children must be accompanied by their parents at all times when in, or by, the pool area.
  • Saunas and steam rooms, whirlpool spa, fitness studio and toning tables are not suitable for children under the age of 18.

Club Room access to the Gym Facilities: 

You must ensure that you complete a General Health Questionnaire in order to accept the free access to Village Gym.  If you do not complete this form and injure yourself during your work out, this will be your responsibility.

Food & Beverage:

At Village Hotels we offer a variety of meal plans. Where meals are included within a rate they are included for adults only.  For children’s meals, see Child Policy, below. 2 course dinner in the restaurant is charged at £24 per person. Add a 2 course meal to your reservation at the time of booking via VillageHotels.com and receive 25% off. 

Child Policy:

Children are classed as 2-12 years old. Children are charged from between £15 - £30 per night, per hotel, dependant on product booked (e.g. B&B or Dinner,B&B).

Children's meals are included to match the rate bought for the adult (either Room Only, Breakfast, First Night Dinner or Dinner Bed & Breakfast).  Dinner, when included, is from the children's only menu.

Infants under 2 years will be accommodated, where space allows, in a cot, free of charge.


Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all public areas and bedrooms. The use of E-Cigarettes throughout our hotels is also prohibited, in both public areas and guest bedrooms.  A £100 charge will apply to anyone found smoking in a bedroom.


Car Parks:

All of our hotel car parks are free of charge with the exception of Village Hotel Bristol. Cars are left at the owner's/customer's own risk.  This also applies when staying on a Before You Fly package. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Pet Policy:

Village Hotels has a no pets allowed policy. We do not allow pets in our hotel bedrooms or the public areas, except for guide or assistance dogs.


Comments / Complaints:

In the event that you have any reason to complain or have any comments, you must immediately inform the hotel in question. Any verbal notification must be put in writing. If you remain dissatisfied, you must write to Customer Services, within 21 days of the end of your stay, giving your booking reference and full details of your complaint:

The Euro:

Prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling and payment cannot be made in Euros at any Village Hotel.

Spa online booking:
A 50% deposit is required to complete all online bookings. All deposits paid online are non-refundable and non-transferable. To reschedule a treatment booked online you must contact the spa directly with at least 48hrs notice. Same restrictions apply to all online bookings regarding medical conditions – for more information please contact the spa direct or via the ‘contact us’ link.

GIFT VOUCHERS 

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to Village Gift Vouchers and govern the relationship between VUR Village Trading No.1 Limited ("we" or "us" or “Village”) and you or the person to whom you give the Village Gift Voucher to (“you”). Use of your Village Gift Voucher will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions override any statements on your Village Gift Voucher and we may update or vary these terms and conditions. You must therefore read them carefully. If there is anything you do not understand, please contact Customer Care

2. Purchasing your Village Gift Voucher
You can purchase Village Gift Vouchers online at
www.village-hotels.co.uk                        

The minimum purchase is £20 and the maximum purchase is £500.  The transaction reference on your credit card statement will refer to Village Hotels.  If a Village Gift Voucher is delivered with a higher value than the price that was charged to the credit or debit card, we reserve the right to cancel the Village Gift Voucher and re-issue a Village Gift Voucher to you for the correct purchase price.


We are not responsible for any lost or stolen Village Gift Vouchers.


3. Using your Village Gift Voucher

You may redeem your  Village Gift Voucher at any participating Village Hotel in in England, Scotland or Wales.  A full list of Hotels can be found at
www.village-hotels.co.uk.             

You may redeem your Village Gift Voucher in part.  If you do, the remaining balance shall remain on the original Village Gift Voucher and may be applied to future purchases. Change will not be given. You may check the balance on your Village Gift Voucher by visiting www.showmybalance.com and following the online instructions. 

 

Your Village Gift Voucher is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. You may not exchange your Village Gift Voucher for cash. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Village Gift Voucher. We reserve the right to refuse to accept damaged Village Gift Vouchers which we believe may have been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.

4. Expiration and Cancellation
Your Village Gift Voucher will expire 12 months from the date it was purchased.  Extensions to the voucher's term of validity are not allowed.  We reserve the right to cancel your Village Gift Voucher if we suspect it is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
We may suspend or terminate this agreement at any time by giving you reasonable prior notice.


5. Loss, Theft, Damage
You should take care of your Village Gift Voucher and treat it like cash. Village is not responsible for lost or stolen Village Gift Vouchers.

6. Resale/Use in Promotions
You may not sell your Village Gift Voucher. We reserve the right to cancel any Village Gift Voucher that we suspect has been resold or obtained in connection with an unauthorised sales or promotional activity.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

9. Liability of Village
We shall not be liable for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or loss of profit or damages) that arise from or connected with these terms and conditions.
Where any loss or damage arises from a cause within our control, our liability to you shall not exceed a sum equal to the balance on your Village Gift Voucher as at the date that such loss or damage occurs.  This clause shall not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Variation
We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these terms and conditions from time to time. The terms and conditions applicable to the use of a Village Gift Voucher shall at any time be the terms and conditions published at
www.village-hotels.co.uk and your continued use of a Village Gift Voucher shall constitute your acceptance of such terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law

T.I.K.I Fridays 

Available every Friday in the Village Pub from 5pm. Happy Hour offers include: Tiki cocktails, glass of fizz, wine or pint of beer for £3.50 and any Tiki stater for £3.50 excluding the Tiki longboard - (Scottish properties are excluded from the drinks promotion). 

Village Hotel Facebook competition -

This offering includes a Sunday night stay for two people sharing a standard room, including a 2 course meal from a set menu (must be taken before 30th June 2019. This is subject to a limited allocation of bedrooms, and may not be available on all dates (exclusions apply including Mother’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day + the prize cannot be used on any City wide events). All entry requirements on the Village Hotel Facebook post must be fulfilled by midnight on 19th March. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. 

Village Hotel Facebook/ Instagram competition - Afternoon Tea

Members 25% discount 

Book direct or by using promo code GYM25 online and show your valid gym membership card on the day of your spa treatment. Available Sunday – Thursday only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Discount available against individual  spa treatments only. All other standard Village Spa T&Cs apply. Membership card must be presented when ordering food or drinks at the pub and restaurant to qualify for this discount. 

Bristol Members Free Night Stay

Pre-opening membership £30 price is based on a 12 month off peak contract. No joining fee. The starter pack is valued at £200 and will be issued to the first 1000 members who join Village Gym Bristol. This includes a free nights stay for 2 at any Village Hotel, a branded ruck sack, branded water bottle, branded towel and branded t.shirt. The complimentary starter pack will be issued after the first direct debit payment has successfully been taken. Free stay only valid Thursday – Sunday nights only on complimentary one night basis (standard room only). Stay must be taken by 30th June 2019 with limited availability on selected nights (eg Valentines weekend or Easter). Offer expires in November 2018. 

Business Club Member Referral

Refer a  new member to a Village BCLUB and chose one of the following;

Offer available until 28th February 2019. There is no limit to the number of new members that a current member can refer to join. No cash alternative is available. Hotel General Management’s decision is final when issuing referral gifts. 5 x Day Passes can be used at any Village BCLUB across the UK by either the member, or a guest. Simply present the day pass to the host team who will issue you with a guest key for the day. Terms and Conditions for Meetings at VUR Village Trading No 1

a. These terms apply to day meetings placed and pre-paid via the on line booking channel at www.villagehotels.co.uk
b. All meetings rooms will be set boardroom style and refreshments will be available from our Hub Café for the duration of your meeting.
c. Lunch will be served outside the meeting room
d. Amendments can be made to bookings by calling MeetMe, the central meetings desk for Village, on 01925 873281
e. Meeting rooms and refreshments can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the meeting. Within 14 days of expected arrival, full charges apply.
f. Reduction of attendees can be made up to 14 days prior to the meeting. Less than 14 days before the meeting, these will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
g. The Clients shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of its guests, and shall ensure that its guests have regard to any regulations imposed by any competent authority, and that nothing shall be done which will constitute a breach of the law. The Client shall fully indemnify the Hotel against any claims, or loss or damage arising as a result of breach of this clause.
h. Prior written approval must be obtained if you wish to fix items to the walls, floors or ceilings. The Hotel will hold the Client responsible for any damage caused through negligence by the Client, the Client’s guests or the Client’s contractors. An inspection of the premises before and after the event may be requested by contacting the Duty Manager.
i. Where any facilities or services are booked, the Hotel will not be liable to make any refunds should the guests fail or refuse to use them for whatever reason and full payment must be made.
j. Where the Hotel is requested to book facilities and/or services on behalf of its clients or their guests with third parties, it will do so in good faith but cannot be held liable should the standard of those services prove deficient, nor for the acts or omissions of such third parties.
k. Only food and beverage purchased from the Hotel may be consumed on the premises. If food or beverages are brought into the Hotel for consumption, a charge will be made equal to the Hotel’s selling price for that or an equivalent product, which shall be in the absolute determination of the Hotel.
l. The event must start and finish at the times specified on the contract. Changes to the times must be agreed with the Hotel.
m. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking forthwith or reserves the right to offer alternative facilities without any responsibility on its part in the event of:
a. Any occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Hotel which shall prevent it from performing its obligations in connection with the booking.
b. If the booking might, in the opinion of the Hotel, prejudice the reputation of the Hotel

Red Card Membership

Subject to availability. Red Card offers available during live games only. Offers only redeemable with receipt of a Red Card email or through the Village Hotel mobile app. The sender of the email must be Village Hotels.

Members Birthday Offer:

The member dines free on their birthday when dining as part of a Celebration only (not valid against the normal a la carte menu). To dine for free the Celebration booking must be confirmed and pre-payment must be made 14 days of receiving the birthday email from Village. A copy of the email must be shown on arrival. All bookings are subject to availability. Available for bookings of 6 or more, dining from the Celebration menu only. Available in Verve Grill or Buca di Beppo. Free fizz is based on tables of 6 or more. 1 bottle is included per table of 6. This can’t be used in conjunction with ay other offer. Subject to availability and general T&Cs apply.

August bog of applies to tribute events in August only. Subject to availability at selected hotels.

Village Spa T&C's 

LEISURE MEMBERS DISCOUNT: Standard membership of Village Gym entitles the member to 10% off treatments Monday to Friday on production of a valid membership card. Black Card membership of Village Gym entitles the member to 20% off treatments Monday to Friday on production of a valid membership card. 

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT: To schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment, please contact our Spa Reception who will be able to guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance. All spa treatments and packages require 50% deposit on booking. Your treatment time as advertised in the brochure includes before and aftercare as a complimentary service.

ARRIVAL TIME: Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a Spa Consultation Form. We recommend you arrive at least 15mins before your treatment so that you can change, relax and enjoy the spa facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.

LEISURE FACILITIES AND ACCESS: Guests who have reserved a Spa Day Package will be offered a robe and towel for use during their day. (£10 refundable deposit required). They will also be shown around our changing and fitness facilities including pool area by one of the spa team.

Village Gym is a state-of-the-art leisure club with the latest fitness equipment and a variety of fitness classes. You can book fitness classes with the spa reception ahead of your visit. Gym facilities are available to Spa Day guests, Spa Break guests, some hotel residents and members. Please bring flip-flops for use around the pool area and enquire about child-free pool times ahead of your visit.

SPA LUNCHES: With Spa Day Packages, these will be held in our hotel food and beverage areas. Clients must be fully clothed in this area.

CHILDREN’S POLICY: We are delighted to offer treatments for children over the age of 16 years old. Please contact the spa team for details on treatments available for our younger guests. We would require signed permission from a parent or guardian at the treatment consultation for 16-17yr olds to receive any treatments.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that your 50% deposit will be redeemed if 48 hours notice is not received to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time. All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change at any time.

HEALTH CONDITIONS: Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation. We may require a doctor’s note to give treatments.

PREGNANCY: We have specially designed treatments for expectant women past their first trimester (3 months) or nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time.

VALUABLES: Village Spa accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables or jewellery at any time on the spa premises.

Spa Day – Bride to be goes free

Hen party package available for any bookings made before 31st December 2017. Bookings can be for any future date. Minimum group size 8 (including the ‘Hen’). Subject to availability. ESPA gifts may vary, also subject to availability 

Winter Wishes

Subject to availability. Over 18s only. Health and medical conditions must be disclosed at time of booking to ensure suitability for treatment. Deposit subject to forfeiture. Credit or debit card required for the robe and towel deposit that will be kept in a card safe and returned at end of visit. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. All package elements must be taken on the same day. Valid until 31st December 2018 excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Winter Warmer

Subject to availability. Over 18s only. Health and/or medical conditions must be disclosed at time of booking to ensure suitability for treatment. Deposit subject to forfeiture. Credit or debit card required, as a deposit for robe and towel hire, that will be kept in a card safe and returned at end of visit. Package bookable until 31st December excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day. All elements of the package must be taken on the same day. 24/7 GYM ACCESS

24/7 access is available for select gym membership types only and is operating at specific Village Gym Clubs. To find out if your local club is offering 24/7 Gym access please visit the relevant club page on this website and look at the Opening Hours. 24/7 access is by valid membership card – entry will be refused if you cannot present your membership card. Hotel guests may use the club facilities during set times, and use for hotel guests excludes 24/7 access for safety reasons. Minimum entry for 24/7 gym access is 18 years. For health and safety reasons, members under the age of 18 can attend the gym only during the peak hours shown for the club. 24/7 access does not include access to changing rooms, studios or wet areas due to health and safety considerations. Towels will not be available outside of normal operating hours. CCTV is in operation and emergency alarms are installed in the gym should you feel unwell or need emergency help. Fitness Coaches will not be onsite other than at normal operating hours Management reserve the right to withdraw 24/7 access at any time due to the need for essential maintenance work, if adequate supervision cannot be arranged or if they have health and safety concerns.

VWorks Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreements sets out the terms and conditions relating to membership of our business club, which allows you access to business facilities and services at selected Village Hotels (“VWorks”).

VWorks is operated by Village Hotels is the trading name of VUR Village Trading No 1 Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 418878 (“Village”).  This Membership Agreement is between Village and you, the individual applying for membership of the Village Business Club.

Village Hotels participating in VWorks may also have additional terms and conditions relating to their facilities, which you have to comply with.  All memberships and use of VWorks are subject to: (1) this Membership Agreement (Part I of this Agreement); and, (2) VWorks General Terms and Conditions of Use (Part II of this Agreement) (collectively the “Agreement”).   The Agreement takes precedence over any previous terms and conditions or any oral representations made.

Village reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time subject to reasonable notice.

You accept and agree these terms by entering, accessing or using any of the facilities that form part of VWorks

Individual Memberships

  1. SUPERIOR CLUB AND DAY USE

2.1          General Description

A non-exclusive right for a hotel guest who has booked a Club Room to use a non-specific hotdesk in the VWorks serviced office accommodation for the duration of their stay.  This membership does not allocate a specific desk but gives access to a desk within the VWorks serviced office accommodation and use of the VWorks space.

2.2          Times of Use

2.2.1      Times of use may vary from each Hotel in which VWorks operates, the hours set out in clause 2.2.2 are indicative of usual opening times but they may on occasion vary and Village reserves the right to vary such times of use accordingly.  

2.2.2      Superior Club and Day Use members shall be permitted to use VWorks at the following times:

2.2.2.1   7am until 9pm Monday to Friday. VWorks at Village Portsmouth, Bristol, Maidstone and Bury will close at 5pm each Friday; and

2.2.2.2   10am until 4pm Saturday and Sunday. VWorks at Village Portsmouth, Bristol, Maidstone and Bury are not open at the weekend.

2.3               Payment Terms

Payment for Superior Club Day Use shall be paid for at the time the room booking is made for the Superior Club Room.  

  1. FELXI DAY USE  

3.1          General Description

A non-exclusive right to use a non-specific hotdesk in the VWorks serviced office accommodation for one calendar day during normal opening hours.  This membership does not allocate a specific desk but gives access to a desk within the VWorks serviced office accommodation and use of the VWorks space.

3.2          Times of Use

3.2.1      Times of use may vary from each Hotel in which VWorks operates, hours set out in clause 3.2.2 are indicative of usual opening times for the general terms and conditions but they may on occasion vary and Village reserves the right to vary such times of use accordingly. 

3.2.2      Flexi Day Use members shall be permitted to use VWorks at the following times:  7am until 9pm Monday to Friday only. VWorks at Village Portsmouth, Bristol, Maidstone and Bury will close at 5pm each Friday.

3.2.3      Payment Terms

                Payment for Flexi Day use shall be paid in full in advance either at VWorks, or at the Hotel reception. 

FLEXI DESK MEMBERSHIP

4.1          General Description

A non-exclusive right to use a hotdesk in the VWorks serviced office accommodation for the term of your membership.  This membership does not allocate a specific desk but gives you access to a desk within the VWorks serviced office accommodation and use of the VWorks space.

4.2          Times of Use

4.2.1      Times of use may vary from each Hotel in which VWorks operates, the hours set out in clause 4.2.2 are indicative of usual opening times for the general terms and conditions but they may on occasion vary and Village reserves the right to vary such times of use accordingly. 

4.2.2      Flexi Desk members shall be permitted to use VWorks as follows:  7am until 9pm Monday to Friday only. VWorks at Village Portsmouth, Bristol, Maidstone and Bury will close at 5pm each Friday.

4.3          Payment Terms

                Payment for Flexi Desk Membership shall be paid either in full in advance at VWorks or at the Hotel reception.  for the full membership term or if monthly in advance it must be paid by direct debit.

4.4          Term

4.4.1      Flexi Desk Membership shall be for the following minimum terms;

1 calendar month;

3 calendar months, or

12 calendar months. 

4.4.2      The term of a Flexi Desk Membership shall commence on the first day on which you start your membership and shall terminate subject to the notice provisions set out below.

4.5          Termination of a Flexi-Desk Membership

4.5.1      Subject the remainder of this clause 4.5 the notice terms for the Flexi Desk Memberships are as follow:

 

                1 month Flexi-Desk Membership or monthly rolling membership                1 full calendar months’ notice 

                3-months’ Flexi Desk Membership                                                                            2 full calendar months’ notice

4.5.2      Notice can only be given to expire on or after the minimum term has expired.

4.5.4         Flexi-Desk Memberships are calculated in whole calendar months. This means that if we ask you to give notice of one calendar month, and you give notice in that month, we will treat it as if we received it on the first day of the following month and the notice period will start from that day. (For example: notice to terminate a 1 month Flexi-Desk Membership given on 19th May will be treated as starting on 1st June, and the membership will terminate on 30th June.  Similarly, if a notice to terminate a 12 month Flexi-Desk Membership given on 20th August will be treated as starting on 1st September, and the membership will terminate on 30th December.

4.5.5         Cancellation of your direct debit instruction is not accepted as a request to terminate your membership.

  1. FIXED DESK MEMBERSHIP

5.1               General Description

5.1.1      A non-exclusive, right to use a dedicated serviced desk within VWorks serviced office accommodation for the term of your membership.   The desk will be a specifically allocated on the commencement of the membership and will remain fixed during the course of the membership.  

5.1.2      In addition to the above, a Fixed Desk Membership allows the non-exclusive right to use a hotdesk in any other VWorks facilities available in any Village Hotel for the term of the membership, subject always to availability.

5.2          Times of Use

5.2.1      Times of use may vary from each Hotel in which the VWorks operates, the hours set out in clause 5.2.2 are indicative of usual opening times for the general terms and conditions but they may on occasion vary and Village reserves the right to vary such times of use accordingly. 

5.2.2     Fixed Desk members shall be permitted to use VWorks as follows:   6 am to 10pm Monday to Friday

10 am to 4 pm Saturday and Sunday.  VWorks at Village Portsmouth, Bristol, Maidstone and Bury will close at 5pm each Friday.

5.2.3      For any use of a Flexi Desk at another VWorks please refer to the terms and conditions of the Flexi Desk Membership.               

5.3          Payment Terms and Deposit

5.3.1      Payment for Fixed Desk Membership must be paid in advance at VWorks, or at the Hotel reception for the full membership term or if payment is made monthly it must be paid in advance by direct debit.

5.3.2      A deposit of 1-month membership fee (‘Deposit’) must be paid in advance for all Fixed Desk Memberships.  The Deposit will be retained until expiry of the Fixed Desk Membership.  On expiry of the Fixed Desk Membership Village may retain the Deposit or any part of it for any damage caused by the member to VWorks or to the Fixed Desk.   The Deposit orthe remainder of the Deposit will be repaid to you within 1 calendar month of the termination of your membership

5.4          Term

5.4.1      Fixed Desk Membership shall be for the following minimum terms;

3 calendar months; or

12 calendar months. 

5.4.2      The term of a Fixed Desk Membership shall commence on the first day on which you start your membership and shall terminate subject to the notice provisions set out below.

5.5          Termination of a Fixed Desk Membership

5.5.1      Subject to the remainder of this clause 5.5 the notice terms for Fixed Desk Memberships are as follows:

6.2.1      Times of use may vary from each Hotel in which the VWorks operates, the following hours are indicative of usual opening times for the general terms and conditions but they may on occasion vary and Village reserves the right to vary such times of use accordingly. 

6.2.2      National Individual Members shall be permitted to use VWorks as follows:   7am until 9pm Monday to Friday only. VWorks at Village Portsmouth, Bristol, Maidstone and Bury will close at 5pm each Friday.

6.3          Payment Terms

                Payment for all National Memberships must be paid in advance at VWorks or at the Hotel reception for either the full membership term or monthly in advance by direct debit.

6.4          Term

6.4.1      National Individual Membership shall be for the following minimum term;

6 calendar months

or such other term as may be agreed by the parties. 

6.4.2      The term shall commence on the first day on which you start your membership and shall terminate subject to the notice provisions set out below.

6.5          Termination of a National Individual Membership

6.5.1      Subject to the remainder of this clause 6.5 the notice term for National Individual Membership is 2 full calendar months.

6.5.2      Notice can only be given to expire on or after the minimum term has expired.

6.5.3      To give us notice, such notice must be given by sending an email to the following email address: memberservices@village-hotels.com. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address to which you send notice to is correct. 

6.5.4      National Individual Memberships are calculated in whole calendar months. This means that if we ask you to give notice of two calendar month, and you give notice in that month, we will treat it as if we received it on the first day of the following month and the notice period will start from that day. Part II         - General Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS

7.1               Monthly instalments must be paid by direct debit, in advance of us providing the services for the month to which the payment relates.

7.2               If you cancel, your direct debit during the minimum term of your Membership all unpaid monthly instalments that are due or to fall due during the minimum term shall become immediately due and payable by you.

  1. ISSUE OF MEMBERSHIP CARDS

8.1               Membership Card or Cards will be issued to you to allow you to access VWorks.

LFC tickets competition 

Tickets are for 2 people only for the Liverpool game at Anfield at 5:30pm on 24/08/19. Must purchase a Budweiser at Village Wirral from the mobile bar on the 24/08/19 to be entered into the draw. Draw will take place at 4pm on 24/08/19. Ticket seating is at the suppliers discretion. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Taxi travel for 2 people to the football ground is included there and back to the Village Hotel Wirral on 24/08/19.
